Nice nature around the hotel and a good balcony.

Hotel is full of mould! My room smelded very bad. They promised me, that i could change the room three hours later, but then nobody was there and i had to buy roomspray, because it smelled so horrible. I went out immediatly, because it was so bad. When i came back at night, it was still disgusting, altough i used the whole can of roomspray. Next day they gave me a new room. In the second room they sprayed strong chemicals against the bad odor, but the closets and the bathroom was also full of mould. Terrible hotel! Hotel ist bad for your health and needs to be closed down! Also there is no reception. It took 30 minutes until they could find the roomkey when i arrived. If you have any question or complaint, you have to go to a shop to wait in line with other customers, that buy food and get angry because they have to wait. Horrible Service and disrespectful staff.

The location was really bad. Far from everything Room was tiny, not what was advertised No cooking facilities or even a kettle Bed sheets were dirty Staff was rude The staff in the shop downstairs scammed us

It was a quite good deal in otherwise expensive Tulum

The attitude of stuff is really bad. First of all there's no front desk or anything. After one hour of calling and texting to all available numbers to check-in I went to a grocery store in the same building and just by total coincidence I figured out that one of the ladies working there is also responsible for check-in as well as cleaning. Really unfriendly, no English. As much as the whole building is new, the mattress felt like from 50's communist era. Super uncomfortable. Quite AC though.

If you can be alright with all of the negatives of this place then the accomodation is okay. Air conditioning and fan work well and the room was clean.

I don't think the money saved on this accommodation was worth it... There are no kitchen facilities of even a kettle for making coffee, no drinking water available, the store attached to the building where reception is located is overpriced, the room was extremely poorly lit with no windows and we were not even given the correct keys for entering the building. There is a security door leading to the outside that was locked when we tried to leave in the morning and the key we were provided didn't work. We had to climb onto a table then climb over an 8-foot wall with all of our bags to get out.

It was great and suitable for my needs. It could do with a small fridge, microwave and Coffee machine but the store right beneath you sells most of the stuff you need. Great location. It was a bit noisy closer to the end with the construction happening in the back but that's Tulum for you and it will happen everywhere.

It's a scam, they asked me for the money onsite after I paid them via booking. And by arriving late I didn't have any choice but to trust them. Don't go there

the check in was very strange and bad. No one was in the hotel and I didnt recieved an email with a code to do my check in and nobody wanted to help me. It was very stressfull and had to wait long time.

This place is not safe at all. Anyone can enter the hotel as the main door is always open and there is no security, no reception, children that work in the supermarket downstairs under age are doing the check in. They don’t respect privacy and we got disturbed at night in our room. No hot water, wifi didn’t work when arrived and TV didn’t work either. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

it was really cheap so for a transitional it was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend to go there neither would I go there aga

the housekeeper lady was really kind, she helped us to get in the appartement bc the landlord wasn’t there at check-in time. the beds were comfy.

the landlord was really unfriendly, didn’t see her smile even once! the Wi-Fi was really bad but at night when no one was using it, and even the mobile reception was really bad

Messy, unorganized but I’m not the most difficult guy you will find. Besides that it was reasonably okay.

The atmosphere of the building is nice.

There is no reception. There js no room service. When you happen to be lucky to see a maid you can ask for clean towels. She wont come by herself to clean your room. She never cleaned ours. There is a lot of dust. Don’t turn on the fan! There’s a big layer of dust on it and everything will get even dirtier and even unbreathable when you do so. The building is very noisy. People slam with doors and make loud calls in front of your room. The people from the hotel just work in the store next to the hotel which is not mentioned anywhere. We had to just ask around to find anyone to give us keys to a room. What a mess.

Before you come it's good to know that reception is in the supermarket next to the hotel. Room had problem with higher humidity, therefore even If we had window open all the time the room smelled bad and our clothes what we washed didn't dry out even after 3 days. Bathroom could be cleaner too but room has everything what you need. They are renting bikes but didn't find a key from the lock because probably noone use them for months so maybe in the future they will make bikes rentable again. :)

20 minutes to the city center

Internet wasn’t working, we have been waiting for hot water for three days, still waiting…. The double bedroom doesn’t have any windows, there’s a mouldy smell all the time and the cleaning wasn’t done properly. Don’t expect anyone to help you, there’s no reception. Avoid unless you are looking for a last minute accommodation.

Big NO!!!

It was disaster.

The organization of hotel is disaster. There is no reception, there is no check in. Keys you will get from the lady that works in supermarket under hotel. They overbooked our room- we were waiting for more than 3 hours to clean it after they kicked out guys from the room- even though we came later after check- in time given. Management of hotel is disappointing whereas the lady and boys that work in supermarket were super helpfull in this stressed situation.

no satisfaction

No reception, reception consists of the lady who is also working in the supermarket. She doesnt speak any english, you have to wait in the line at the supermarket to be assisted after customers finish their shopping at the supermarket. Worst welcoming i have ever had.

Perfect for a short stay in tulum

Quiet hotel 20 minutes walk from the center. Bike rental is very much appreciated. The absence of a window in the bedroom makes the bedroom dark. Perfect for a short stay in tulum

Not worth it

Cheap hotel room

The address on their Google page wasn't correct so we got lost and it took forever to find the actual hotel. Once we got there, we asked for direction to the lady who told us the hotel was around the block. It turned out 15 minutes later that THIS same lady was actually working for the hotel and was supposed to give us our keys. She was very dismissive and almost ignoring us. We had to go a supermarket and have them call her for her to acknowledge us.
