Nestled in Springdale, this lovely house for $369 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are: Air Conditioner/Heater Balcony Patio Flat Screen TV's Wi-Fi Fully Equipped Kitchen Refrigerator Range with stove Microwave Dishwasher Dishware Pots and Pans Coffee Maker etc. Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. It lies next to the park's visitor center. Stay in Springdale where you are surrounded on three sides by the park. No smoking is allowed in the townhome. See other units we have available. Clean, walkable, less than a mile to the Zion Park entrance, and plenty of food options close by. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this location to any small group looking to visit Zion.

This property is nicely appointed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location listing and pictures accurately describe the property. The owner is very communicative and promptly resolved an unexpected mechanical issue that arose.
The view from the property's balcony is great - right outside Zion National Park. The park shuttle is a very short walk and a great way for stress-free park viewing. Springdale is an adorable town enjoyable to walk and dine in.

Perfect spot to stay while exploring Zion (other than in the park presumably). Townhouse is nicely done and had plenty of room for us and our two teenage boys. Kitchen well appointed and best of all, the views!

The property was exactly as listed, very clean and comfortable. We stayed in unit 6 and the views were over the top. We were very close to the supermarket and two great restaurants (Meme's Cafe and Oscars). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Springdale.

This was our first stop on our Mighty 5 Tour and the nicest of the properties we stayed at. They provided not only sheets and towels but also shampoo, conditioner, soaps, laundry detergent and most importantly, coffee! While it slept 5 of us, it would be better for just 4 adults. The place is new, very clean and comfortable, though living room is pretty small. Keep in mind that unit 6 is a corner unit, parking lots and the not so busy road on the three sides of it. We did not have any issues with noise though and mountains view is right behind the parking. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Perfect Location
This was the perfect location to visit Zion. The shuttle stop is a hundred yards away and there were several good restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Great Mexican restaurant, Oscars, right across the street. Good food with huge portions. Definitely the perfect place to stay for your Zion trip.
