About this house rental
Nestled in Springdale, this charming house for $349 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are: Air Conditioner/Heater Balcony Patio Flat Screen TV's Wi-Fi Fully Equipped Kitchen Refrigerator Range with stove Microwave Dishwasher Dishware Pots and Pans Coffee Maker etc. Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. It lies next to the park's visitor center. Stay in Springdale where you are surrounded on three sides by the park. No smoking is allowed in the townhome. See other units we have available. Our stay at Springdale Townhome 1 was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable. Owner's directions and instructions for easy access were spot on. Best of all is the location. It's a short walk to shops, restaurants and the stop for the bus into Zion Nat Park where we enjoyed some hiking. Also, i should mention the grocery store directly across the road from the townhome.
Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Zion is beautiful, peaceful and replenishing. This was our third visit. The property is very conveniently located. We would certainly consider it again.

Perfect location and spectacular view from back deck to enjoy the Zion experience! Clean, practical, affordable, and comfortable for the 4 of us. Enjoyed being able to walk to grocery store, shops, and cafes. Host very prompt with answers and support. Overall fantastic experience!

The hosts were very responsive and kind! I was very apprehensive to stay in a condo, as I wanted a cabin or house feel, but my husband suggested and I gave it a try. I was soo impressed!! We all felt at home, beautiful views, completely accommodating and convenient! This place was perfect and amazing. We have two teenage boys and they had plenty of space with 2.5 baths and two patios. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, pull out couch with the most comfortable mattress! The place was so clean and easy to keep clean for our 3 night stay. This vacation rental made our trip!! We will definitely be back to visit and stay!! Thank you hosts🙏

We stayed at this townhome at the beginning of the summer season in Zion. It was clean and had a great location. It is across the street from Sol (a health food grocery store), a short walk to one of the many shuttle stops to Zion, and around the corner from a local eatery.
Glows: The owner was very responsive to our questions/concerns. The views of the Zion cliffs were amazing. The outdoor spaces with this unit were a nice plus. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the parks.
Grows: The outdoor spaces are not partitioned between units and therefore privacy may be an issue if this is important. Each bedroom had full size beds which is ok for us but other folks may require queen/king. No TVs in the bedrooms (again, ideal for us with small children).
Additionally, the owners have changed the check in process due to an error made by another guest who showed up during our stay. Make sure to confirm that the next guest expected after your stay has a different door code than the one you were given for your stay. It all worked out but this did highlight that hotels have a swing or privacy latch for guests once inside the unit which gives extra security to the guests. Many VRBO units do not have this swing latch but should be considered.

Wonderful location. The park entrance is just a couple of miles away. Right in the center of town with groceries and several restaurants in walking distance. The apartment has everything that is needed. Overall enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this property.
