About this house rental
Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Awesome location for visiting the park, easy to catch the shuttle from town stop 5. Had an issue with a defective fire alarm but our host was very responsive.

Great Location!! Beautiful view!! What a great condo in walking distance to shops, grocery store, bike rentals, and of corse a short drive or bike ride to Zion!! Very clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Communication was excellent

Excellent location, many restaurants and shops within a short walk. Very close to Zion shuttle. Clean and quiet with convenient parking.
