Nestled in Springdale, this attractive house for $318 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are: Air Conditioner/Heater Balcony Patio Flat Screen TV's Wi-Fi Fully Equipped Kitchen Refrigerator Range with stove Microwave Dishwasher Dishware Pots and Pans Coffee Maker etc. Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. It lies next to the park's visitor center. Stay in Springdale where you are surrounded on three sides by the park. No smoking is allowed in the townhome. See other units we have available. Stayed in this unit for two nights. Wonderful property and great hosts. Location is so convenient to park and local grocery store. Nicely stocked and very clean. Loved that each room has a separate private bathroom.

Short walk to bus stop, restaurants, and stores. Clean and quiet. Easy communication with owners and streamlined check in. Loved our stay here. The townhouse is modern and clean. Hosts were responsive and very nice. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Zion. The townhouse is centrally located near a park shuttle stop, great restaurants and the grocery store is right across the street.

This is super close to the Zion park entrance. You can shuttle down to the main entrance. There is a grocery store across the street. You are walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The townhouse was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, clean home. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants (and also the park entrance). I highly recommend making this home your base for enjoying Zion and would definitely stay again if we’re lucky enough to get back the area!

Loved the roominess and convenience of this property. Beds were comfortable, back deck was great for happy hours, location couldn't be better being across from the market and walking distance to everything in Sprindale. Very convenient to shuttle. Only request is to have more coffee cups and wine glasses. Had a lovely time in Zion with this townhome as our home base. Will definitely come back.

What a perfect location for a Zion vacation! We were so thankful to find this spot. Sitting out in the deck looking at the gorgeous canyon was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was walking distance- the grocery store, restaurants, and ice cream! The entrance to the park was about a mile away and so easy to get to. The condo was very comfortable and perfect four our needs. Clean and tidy as well!

We had a great week at Matt and Trista’s place! Check in instructions were clear and simple. The townhome was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Shopping, restaurants and shuttle bus stop all within walking distances. It was great for our whole family - would definitely stay again.

The townhouse is laid out well, with two bedrooms/with baths on the 2nd floor. The location is ideal, walking distance to a market, and great restaurants -- MeMe's and Oscars in particular. The only negatives were a porchlight that didn't work, and uneven upstairs/downstairs heating (we visited during a very cold/rainy weekend). Otherwise, it was a great visit, and we would definitely stay stay at this property again.

This condo is right in the heart of Springdale, so convenient for jumping on the shuttle or running across the street to the grocery store. Kitchen was stocked well and we were able to eat in comfortably, including making Thanksgiving dinner! Would've been nice to have a little storage area/hooks for jackets and shoes since we were wearing lots of layers with the cold temps outside. All in all a great place to stay.

Location was fantastic! It was so nice to be in town and walking distance to so many places. It was a great hub for trips to Zion and Bryce. Space was perfect for two couples. We did have to flip a coin for who got the balcony room. What a great view. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Didn't think we would do laundry but used the convenient washer and dryer too. Would rent this place again!

Great location near town and Zion NP! Very clean and loved having the two rooms with attached baths, perfect for two couples. We arrived late and it was difficult finding the right townhouse but the owners quickly replied to my text and we easily found it! We would stay here again.

Perfect location with grocery store across the street. Free bus line to Zion entrance around the corner. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, pans, blender, and coffee maker. Water filter needed to be replaced in the refrigerator along with some light bulbs in the bathrooms, and it was addressed the next day. Definitely one of the most pleasant VRBO rentals I have experienced.

It is a very clean and comfortable townhome. Comfortable furniture and beds. Very nice kitchen which is stocked with coffee, sugar cleaning supplies etc. MeMe’s is just up from it and a great place to eat! We would not hesitate to stay here again- Mountain View’s from patio and deck as well as most windows! It is great!

We stayed here three nights while visiting Zion National Park. The property was clean and accommodating, the view from the deck spectacular. Short walking distance to restaurants (our favorite was Oscar’s), the market and shuttle stop 5. Would definitely stay here again.

This townhome is conveniently located in Springdale, UT right outside the entrance to Zion National Park. It is quick walk to Springdale Shuttle (throughout town and to the park) restaurants, markets, gas, shopping. The unit is clean, well-furnished and as described and pictured.

This property is in the heart of Springdale and is so convenient. Once you park the car, you can either walk or take the shuttle to almost anywhere you would like. We found the unit very clean and comfortable. The owners were great at communicating and great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

We planned our week around hiking, sight seeing and enjoying what Springdale has to offer. Kristine, a massage therapist took a last minute call to accommodate massages and customer service everywhere was great! The property was perfect for our stay.

We loved this townhome! We were able to eat in, easily catch the town shuttle to the park entrance, and walk to the shops. Seeing the Watchman looming over us was good for our souls. We hope to be able to stay here again when we return in a few years!

This was a home base for 2 women celebrating 40th birthdays. We couldn’t have had a nicer stay. Property was clean, very well stocked and in an extremely convenient location for getting into the park and walking to stores and restaurants. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners who gave us a great off the beaten path hike recommendation. We would love to stay here again in the future!
