Nestled in Springdale, this attractive house for $349 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are: Air Conditioner/Heater Balcony Patio Flat Screen TV's Wi-Fi Fully Equipped Kitchen Refrigerator Range with stove Microwave Dishwasher Dishware Pots and Pans Coffee Maker etc. Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. It lies next to the park's visitor center. Stay in Springdale where you are surrounded on three sides by the park. No smoking is allowed in the townhome. See other units we have available. Townhome was well stocked with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Grocery right next door and next to a cafe with great food. Owners are very responsive and very helpful with questions about the park. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was awesome- the only thing I would change is add better notes in the binder of how to use the tv. The internet is so slow that it takes the tv a bit to catch up with the command you entered. Which you end up pushing too many buttons and possibly get frustrated. Also the satellite remote did not work at all and could not turn that on whatsoever

This property is centrally located with easy walking access to a grocery store and many restaurants. A beautiful view of the mountains in Zion. Was clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a delightful time staying at Townhouse # 5 in Springdale! We never moved the car after we arrived!! We made great use of the free shuttle bus in Springdale and then we used the shuttle busses in Zion!!! We would go to Zion in the morning, come back for lunch and a quick rest and then go back to the park for the afternoon!!! It could not of worked out better!

Wonderful townhome in Springdale! This is our second stay at the property. Perfect for both of our stays. Owners are easy to work with and want their guests to have a great stay. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The bedrooms are split giving each privacy. The townhome is close to the Zion entrance and visitor's center and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ideal location and great property. I would stay here again and feel confident recommending this townhome!! Many thanks to the owners for caring about their guests!!

The townhouse was easy to find and in such a great location. We parked our car and never touched it again until it was time to leave. A short, short walk to the shuttle bus stop, nearby restaurants gave us good options, and walking distance to shops was convenient. And a grocery store across the street was optimal. Coded key access to the unit was easy to use. Place was spotless. Met our needs perfectly. Stairs to the bedrooms were steep, which wouldn’t work well for the elderly or disabled. Unit had everything we needed.

Perfect for 2 couples!
We so enjoyed our stay here while visiting Zion. Beautiful balcony view for happy hour every night, and the layout was just perfect to allow a little privacy and comfort. I would stay here again for sure.

The property is nice, it was difficult to find the correct parking spot in the dark. They are on the side of the building.
The kitchen has all of the necessities. The carpet upstairs is due for an upgrade.

Although we only stayed for the weekend, this unit would be great for people staying a full week to enjoy Zion. We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again should we return to Zion.
