Location was good, rooms good size
The security staff. We met non residents at the hotel for pre drinks but the security would not let them in , even though they would be paying for the drinks .

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. The bar staff, especially Merlinda was our favorite.
The front desk service was not friendly, and when we had issues with our booking and tried to ask questions, we were interrupted. I also tried to approach the security guard with a question about the property, but he was on a call with a friend and told me, "I'm on a call" and proceeded to laugh.
