About this condo rental
Located in Vancouver, this lovely condo for $480 per night is a great option for your next vacation. NO SMOKING AND NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Please DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PROPERTY IF YOU INTEND TO PARTY. If the neighbours are disturbed, you will have to vacate the property! This spacious, air-conditioned apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and 25th floor views of Vancouver is your best alternative to a 5 star hotel accommodation. There is one King-Size Bed in the first bedroom, and one Queen-Size Bed in the second bedroom. The wall of the third bedroom has been removed as it is around the corner of the living room. There is Double (Full) Size Wall-Bed in there. When the wall-bed is not used it is lifted up to the wall to look like a cabinet. A round table with 4 chairs is placed in that area instead of the bed to create an extension of a living room. In addition, there is a very comfortable Queen Size American Leather Sofa-Bed in the living room. Browse the attached photographs to see the configuration. With unbeatable location between trendy Yaletown -- a converted warehouse district with an energetic bar and gourmet restaurant scene, and funky West End -- a mixture of international casual dining restaurants and eclectic boutiques, with a walking distance to most tourist attraction of the city, this is possibly your best choice of Vancouver short term accommodation. Great location to walk and visit downtown Vancouver attractions!

The condo was in the perfect location. We loved the layout and the fabulous view. BUT, the kitchen sink had no plug that worked ( we bought one at the Dollar Store), there was a chipped glass in the cupboard, only one facecloth was laid out for 5 people (sign in the closet said we would be charged 25.00 if we touched any of the towels)REALLY?? There were no bedside lamps and no oven mitts in the kitchen. The blinds needed to be repaired and some of the kitchen lighting didn’t work. So, these were all small things but we shouldn’t have had to deal with any of that considering the price we paid for one week in the condo. Attention to detail is important!!

We stayed here for a few days after finishing our Alaska cruise. Absolutely a lovely place and the view from the 25th floor over Vancouver and all the way to the harbor was stunning! We would definitely stay there again.

The AC didn’t cool down the apartment very much, luckily there were 2 fans, and opening the balcony door helped.

Overall, the visit was wonderful. The location is ideal for walking the city, which what our desire was. The property was difficult to keep cool at times, so we found ourselves sleeping with the doors and windows open in the evenings.

We loved this apartment. It was perfect for a group of colleagues attending a conference at the convention center. It was nice to have a short walk (about 15 minutes) each day. The communication with the owner was very clear. The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable.

This is a nice little 2br in a great area for restaurants, shops, etc. Close drives to Stanley Park & Granville Island. Clean, everything in working order. The only challenge was the beds in the bedrooms, which are very low. Anyone with mobility issues would have some difficulty as these are about futon-height. Thankfully the wall bed was down, which is higher, so our group member with bad hips was able to use that!
