COMPLEX AMENITIES INCLUDE: -Fishing pier -Clubhouse w/Barbecue area -Heated Community pool -Tennis courts -Free covered assigned parking space -Communal laundry in addition to in-unit laundry. Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. A rental registration form is required just for emergency contact info. This property does not allow Emotional Support Animals in addition to their no pet policy. The complex is replacing the roof for building E only. Roof work will begin April 1st. Completion date TBD.

My husband and I enjoyed our trip very much. The condo sits on beautiful grounds, and was perfectly located for all of our activities. Being so far from home, I get a little nervous that things won't quite measure up to what was offered. I have to say that everything was as stated. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the view of the canal was such a treat. The only complaint that I have is that the pool, although very pretty, did not feel heated. I would certainly considering renting here again in the future.

This unit is beautifully furnished in a tasteful beach theme. It was a pleasure to be here. People here are friendly and everyone is doing their own thing. We highly recommend this unit at Bay Oaks!

The condo was clean and well appointed. Beautiful view from screened in porch. We enjoyed the fishing pier and pool area. The unit was much smaller than we anticipated. A perfect size for a couple or family of 3. Would be tight for a larger family. The owners were responsive and attentive, checking in several times during our stay.

Property Manager was great- kept in touch with us the entire time. Great location, easy to find transportation and could walk to some places. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time at this location and would definitely stay again. The room was clean and the location was close enough. Maybe my only source of frustration was the lack of direct beach access. We were right across the street but the other condos/hotels would not let us through so we’d walk a half mile to the closest public access point. We had friends staying across the street at these hotels and they still wouldn’t let us through. Other condos have arrangements with some of these beachfront hotels to allow direct access. This one did not.

The unit was smaller then we anticipated. I was led to believe there were two bathrooms, we only had one. The lanai was very tiny, and the room did smell musty on entry. However, the master bedroom was very nice. I would say it is a good option for 2 to 4 people, we had 6 do a bit crowded....

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom area very small but otherwise we had plenty of space. The overa;; community is somewhat dated especially the clubhouse. Not enough chairs at the pool and pool is in the shade a good part of the day.

The property could be spruced up a bit. Wear & tear evident. Ceiling fan on lanai didn’t work. The second bedroom really needs a mirror. The beach umbrella in the storage closet has seen better days. You really can’t walk to Crescent Beach. However the unit was cute, well stocked, and had a nice location in the complex. We had to call management for a couple of little things, and they handled very quickly.

Bay Oaks was a bit of a snooze, we felt like our family with small children were kind of out of place with mostly older other guests. But the individual unit was excellent. Clean and nicely updated. Very comfy queen bed. Kids loved the bunk beds. Some toiletries were supplied but we needed to buy additional toilet paper and laundry pods to get through the week.

This condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Though the space is small, it is comfortable and met our needs. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the dock overlooking the water and swimming in the pool. The location was convenient and an easy walk to the beach.

This was a very nice condo. It’s quite small but was very clean and provided for a nice vacation. It’s about 1/2 mile walk to the beach access but we were all able to do the walk. If you have small children or seniors in your group, it might be more difficult. Overall, it was a nice rental and siesta key is a fun town.

The condo was exceptional. More than what we expected. Very clean, one of the first places we have stayed where everything worked. No repairs needed!

Lovely Siesta Key Condo
The condo, although small, was as described and perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and well appointed with a nice view of the bay from the lanai. We enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evening with other residents, who were all very friendly. We were right on the trolly line which made it easy to go to the beaches and Village. We would stay there again!

Great Management - made stay a success
Place over all was o.k., but very small. TY in living room did not work - mgt. was quick to help- had to call in cable co.
Tech had been there several times. Said wiring in unit was faulty. Had tech string cable wire from one side of room to the other to get tv working. Only closet rack collapsed - mgt co came almost immediately & fixed. Keurig coffee maker leaked. no closet in second bedroom & double bunk bed takes up majority of room. Unit was clean & otherwise o. k. near pool and inlrt water. place might be adequate for a couple or family w/small children. had equipment to make trips to the beach successful.
