About this condo rental
Nestled in Siesta Beach, this attractive condo for $159 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This standard-sized two bedroom condo in the Palm Bay Club sleeps six and has a good view of Sarasota Bay. The condo is located on the peaceful bay side of the complex where you can watch boats on the inter-coastal from the condo, pool, hot tub, or pier. When you want the excitement of fabulous Crescent Beach just walk through the complex and your beach furniture will be waiting for you. Sun bathe, swim, boogie board, snorkel, collect shells, or just watch people go by. The condo has free wireless internet. There is a Verizon FiOS Television Prime Bulk Package with a 15 channel HBO package, a DVR with an HDTV in the living room, a digital set box in the master bedroom with a HDTV and a standard set box with a digital TV in the second bedroom. Each TV has a DVD player. The kitchen is fully furnished (including refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher, microwave and disposal). The balcony overlooks the bay and pool. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Hair driers are furnished in the bathrooms which each have a shower/tub combination. All linens and towels are furnished. Palm Bay Club Facilities: Two heated pools Fishing pier Large custom hot tub on the bay Rentable boat docks Barbecue grills Two lighted tennis courts Recreation room Workout rooms (a $40 key deposit is required for use) 2 hot saunas Private beach with furnished chairs and chaise lounges 24 hour security Lundry facilities on each floor When you walk on the beach your feet will not get hot because it is one of three quartz beaches in the world. When you are done at the beach and ready to wind down, you and your guests will be able to escape to the quiet comfort of the bayside where there is a pool, large hot tub, boat dock, and fishing pier. You can also stop at the clubhouse and workout, sit in a sauna, shoot pool, play ping pong, swim in another pool, or play tennis on one of the lighted courts. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. There is a pull out couch in the living room. If you have a large group, I also have the adjacent condo ( #45661 ) which sleeps 6 and you can sleep a total of 12 if you rent both condos. If you elect to rent with me, I take a $500 deposit to reserve the condo. The balance is due one month before arrival and when I get the check I will send you the code for the door and instructions for the condo. Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, and biking are all available close by. The condo is conveniently located near area attractions such as the Mote Marine Aquarium, St. Armands Circle, Siesta Village, John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Also Theatre, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and Ed Smith Stadium (Cincinnati Reds Spring Training Home) as well as area businesses like Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. We really enjoyed staying at Doug's condo on Siesta Key. It is attractive, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. The condo complex has private beach access to Siesta Key Beach, which may be the prettiest beach in the U.S. Doug was available by phone and messaging. We would stay there again and highly recommend the property.

The condo was perfect for my daughter and I. I really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom so I didn't have to worry about my stuff being in my daughter's way. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room around the condo that we didn't bump into each other. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only down side was that I was expecting more of a view of the bay. The balcony was facing a tree lined breezeway which was still a nice view. If I ever find myself back in the Sarasota area, I would definitely stay here again.

Looked exactly like pictures. Check in was easy! People and staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were awesome. The views were beautiful. The beach was beautiful and so relaxing. Definitely hope to come back!!

We would stay here again. The owner is helpful and responsive. We liked the location- easy access to two pools, Siesta Key Beach and also the bay side with a smaller pool and a fishing dock. There is some wear and tear in the condo to doors/baseboards etc but nothing that impairs it’s function. It had everything we needed, but bring your own beach towels, there are only 2. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys in the utility closet which was super useful. We added to it by leaving our beach stuff behind. The private beach also has nice beach loungers and chairs provided for free, and you can rent canopies and umbrellas if you wish. We hope to return in the future!

Overall, we had a great stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. Location was great as well. We were down in Siesta Key with a group that was staying at another property and spent most of our time away from Palm Bay. The property is secure and beautifully maintained. The view from the balcony is very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Five of us ranging in age from 11-68 stayed in this beautiful condo. Doug, our Host, has thought of everything guests could possibly need and responded to my texts within minutes. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The living area is open and has comfortable couches, chairs and a large dining table. Wristbands worn at the pool and the private beach, allows guests use of tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Guest restrooms, showers and changing rooms are located by both pools. A great time was had by all of us!

The property and condo were very well kept and clean and had everything we needed for our stay . . The condo was in a great location with a small view of the bay and convenient to the pool and short walk to the beach . The owner was very easy to get in touch with and was helpful . The biggest disappointment was the gate was not working correctly when we got there . It was frustrating trying to get on the property but that was not the owners fault . Palm bays security was very helpful and got us in and made sure we had access the whole duration of our stay . We also experienced the elevator being broken when it came time to leave . This made check out more diffficult . Our condo was wonderful and we had a beautiful stay , but Palm Bay Club needs to make sure they can keep their gates serviced and elevators working .

The property was well taken care of. The condo was clean except there were dark hairs in the bathroom floor. I am blonde but I just swept them up and got on with my vacay. The air went out on day 3 but the owner was quick to respond and we got the problem solved. Would come back to Siesta Key and this condo in a heartbeat. Had a fabulous trip to this beautiful place!!!

Siesta Key is the place to be! The Palm Bay Club is a beautiful well maintained property. Love the beach, the pools, hot tub and fishing pier. This condo is just as described and pictured in the listing. Doug is a very responsive owner and we enjoy working with him. We have vacationed here for several years and are always looking forward to returning. You won't be disappointed! 10 stars out of 5!!

Tenth year staying in condo 320. Very clean and well maintained. Condo has everything you will need for your stay. Located close to hot tub, pool, fishing dock, and beach. Laundry is just steps away. Owner is quick to respond to any questions we’ve had. Great place to stay!

This property is located on the bayside with access to a private beach across the street. Very quiet location and the condo is comfortable. We stayed for just one week and did not have a need to do any cooking so I cannot comment on available cooking/baking utensils. The price for November was very reasonable. We would stay here again if available the next time we visit SK.

We spoke with the property owner, and later we actually got to meet Doug. He was very courteous and was able to quickly answer any questions we had. The condo was very clean and met all our expectations. We plan to return next year.

That unit was as described but it needs a thorough cleaning. The appliances were all grubby. There was hair in the bathroom floor ant the mirrors were all dirty… just to mention a few.

BeUtiful area. A beach that is pristine and gorgeous to just look at the water. Wonderful heated pool. The two bedroom unit is spacious with nice updated bathrooms.

We were in the area and contacted the owner to see if it was available due to the weather. He responded that it was open but never responded when asked if there was water and electricity. We have made several attempts to contact him for a refund, but he has yet to return our calls.

We loved this condo. For the price, it was everything we were looking for. No fancy decor or bells and whistles but the bathrooms were remodeled! Very spacious bedrooms, living area, and balcony. A/C works great! The view from the balcony in the morning is just beautiful even on a rainy day! Check in for parking pass was a breeze. The hot tub on the Bay was my favorite its huge!!!!!....plenty of bath towels, but one beach towel as advertised so you may want to bring some. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.

We enjoyed the condo. The location is great and the amenities are wonderful. The cleaning crew doesn't do the greatest job. The dust was pretty bad and there was a red residue in several places in the shower and on the shower curtain so it was obvious that wasn't clean. The owner was super responsive and asked the cleaning crew to come by but they never did. I was going to clean it myself but there were no cleaning supplies. It was not stocked either. Which is not a necessity but most places I've stayed have staples like salt and pepper and a full range if kitchen ware. This was minimalist with hardly anything at all. Overall it was nice but could use some improvments

Wonderful stay for the week at Palm Bay. Siesta key is great and the condo is well equipped to help ensure a great stay. Owner is easy to get in touch with as the AC wasn’t working properly but he got someone in to fix it. Location of condo is close to the pool and the balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee or read a book. Also, handy to have carts and elevator to help unload suitcases and groceries. Would totally stay again.

Beautiful location, the pool and hot tub overlooking the bay was really cool, we enjoyed that ascwell as the view from the room and balcony was awesome! Front office did make it kind of difficult to get our parking pass and wrist bands at first, im not sure what that was about, but doesn't reflect on the host or the property. Would stay here again!!
