About this apartment rental
Nice apartment on the second and last floor 100 m from the beach, consisting of two bedrooms (1 for two and 1 for two / three people), a bathroom with toilet, a living room and a terrace with views on sea. Quiet area. Nearby shops and town center, the fishing port and the marina. All the decor has been redone in 2015. Kitchen redone in 2016. Double glazed windows laid in 05/2018. Many tenants have expressed the wish to come back next year. For the comfort of tenants, 5 people max.

Georges was an exceptional host. He responded promptly to every question before my trip and even took the time to check in during my stay to ensure that everything was going smoothly, which was a nice truly thoughtful gesture.Isabelle, who met me at the apartment, was equally delightful and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. It was reassuring to know that she was available should I need anything.The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. It had everything I could possible need, from full kitchen facilities and coffee pods to dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet paper, kitchen roll and even washing powder.There were also beach towels, a beach lounger, and a parasol available to use, which was a lovely additional touch and much appreciated. The only small item that could be improved is the bed pillows, I did find them too hard.The location is prefect, 5mins walk to Mercadona supermarket, 7mins walk to Playa Varadero and 10mins walk into town. There is a big Carrefour supermarket that has everything you would need it did take me 30mins to walk there but it was worth it, great range of products.As a solo traveller, I felt completely safe at all times, both in the apartment and in Santa Pola. I had a wonderful stay and would return without hesitation. I will certainly be booking this apartment again.Thank you Georges.

Stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks in October, short distance to the beach, 5 min to go to the shop, 15 min from the airport, there was nothing missing in the apartment, sunny terrace until the sun went down :) got a quick answer when I contacted the assistant if anything was not ok. We had a great time, will be happy to return, and recommend this apartment to others. When we were going home, tourist information in the city was helpful in booking a taxi to the airport, which must be booked 2 days before the return journey.
