Location, food, nice room and well stocked with towels, shampoo, tea etc
Staff at bar and servers weren't very welcoming. Didn't interact with customers. Reception staff were friendly though. Grout in bathroom fading and needs redone.

Location was great.
Towels were dirty and stained. Only one plug socket worked. TV was hit and miss with sound and volume.

Handy to airport, like 500 metres or so door to door
The cameras and charging practice regarding the carpark. If you don't register at reception staff within 15mins of entering carpark you automatically get charged - crazy system for check in guests
Gift voucher for cocktail - not valid for any other drink if you don't do cocktails

I stay here often because it is convenient, comfortable and usually clean with helpful staff
It's the first time that my shower/bathroom has not been clean. Shower did not drain away, so only a very short shower was possible to avoid a flood. When I tried to tell a member of staff is could not attract their attention
