Very big room!
They didn’t make up the room (we stayed for 2 nights). We had a baby and required new sheets for night 2 which we then needed to ask for on the evening after returning from an event with a sleeping baby?

Room was comfortable.
Breakfast was good. Appalling dinner menu, choice of three mains, beef burger, fish or pasta every night!
Was not told service charge was discretionary and couldn’t charge it to our room!
We were told there was a lack of white wine, when they did find a bottle it was not chilled! Told 250ml glasses not available!! Even though they were on the wine list.
When we arrived we paid for the accommodation but my credit card was taken to another room!
Cleaners seemed to be overwhelmed as they did not service a few rooms on one day, including ours.
Old tv not giving access to some tv channels like gb news or access to apps. Wi fi always buffering in our room.
