Great location, superb rooms, breakfast was plentiful with good options. We ate in the restaurant and though the choice was limited, it was excellent.
The staff were friendly and helpful and quick to resolve the one issue we had.
Beautiful gardens and grounds and great leisure facilities.
Our 1st room was noisy, constant running water and apparatus knocking and clanking noises above, BUT when we mentioned it to reception they arranged for us to move to another room without fuss - they were brilliant!

Nice room, reasonable price. The pool is lovely.
Just dont have a robe and slippers in the room.

Plenty food and I soon found my way.
It was a bit haphazard. I went in around 9am. Not much guidance.

Very disappointed that our original rooms were not ready and the cold water was warm and the bathroom heater was on all of the time.
