Liked the ground floor pet friendly room and the quietness for sleeping. Comfy bed and clean room and bathroom. Pleasant staff.
Food was lovely and as we were tired we ordered room service, which was the same menu as the afternoon meal we had.

The staff were extremely helpful, attentive, warm and welcoming
The room was very outdated, with a lack of electric sockets, lack of mobile phone charging facilities, the room badly needs an upgrade.
