In addition, guest will be responsible for charges for physical damage to or theft from the premises whether caused by accident or carelessness or deliberate actions of guest or invitees of guest. If damages are such that the property cannot be readied to accommodate other booked reservations, guest will be responsible for costs incurred to provide alternative lodging for those reservations.
