This has been the best hotel I have stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was great. Very clean everywhere on the property. Conveniently located to the Biltmore estate and much more. Great place. I would stay here again.
All good.

Location and Breakfast was good... Room was great.
Elevator not working was disappointing given we wanted a 3rd floor view and we paid for that room basis this. Finally we had to be at 1st floor given wecudnt go to 3rd floor with our luggage

The breakfast was awesome, and staff was very knowledgeable about the area.
