Location is great, comfortable, friendly staff, easily walkable to downtown and includes parking.
A bit dated and could use some facilities improvements but still a comfortable stay.

Our family was permitted to use the breakfast area for evening get to gethers.
The price for the accomodations - the hotel is older and in need of some upgrades and I felt the price was too much.
