I had a great experience staying at New Casa Motel. The staff is always kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. I also want to give a special thank you to the cleaning lady, she does an amazing job! The rooms are kept very clean, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. The room was well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and a full bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, which made my stay even more comfortable. I really appreciate everyone’s hard work and hospitality. Thank you!
The only downsides were that all of the rooms are smoking rooms, so there is a noticeable cigarette smell and the towels looked stained even though they smelled clean.
I also learned that the motel now only allows service dogs and is no longer pet-friendly.
I have stayed here before with my two well-behaved dogs. They have never damaged the room or had any accidents, and the staff kindly allowed us to stay. I appreciate that very much, and I hope it won’t be a problem if I need to stay here again in the future.

Έκλεισα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο επειδή διάβασα πολύ θετικά σχόλια για την καθαριότητα. Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μου δεν ήταν αντίστοιχη. Αν και το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό, όταν γύρισα το μαξιλάρι από την άλλη πλευρά βρήκα πάρα πολλές τρίχες, κάτι που με προβλημάτισε σχετικά με την καθαριότητα του δωματίου. Επιπλέον, το δωμάτιο είχε μια δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά και η ηχομόνωση ήταν πολύ κακή, με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται εύκολα οι θόρυβοι από τα διπλανά δωμάτια και τον εξωτερικό χώρο.
Στα θετικά, το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, ενώ το Wi-Fi ήταν εξαιρετικό και λειτουργούσε άψογα καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου. Ωστόσο, τα θέματα καθαριότητας, η μυρωδιά του δωματίου και η έλλειψη ηχομόνωσης επηρέασαν αρνητικά τη συνολική μου εμπειρία.
