Price was very affordable. Sheets were clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. Staff was helpful over phone. I sent 2 boxes ahead of time with clothing & hair products which was left on counter in attached bathroom. I reserved 1 bed in 6 bed dorm with full private bathroom $20. Hair dryer was tricky to find (above refrigerator in kitchen) and iron had to be tracked down in another room. Both worked good. A/C unit worked great once I found it under window curtain. Plenty of wall outlets with adapters for each bed. Bathroom had toilet paper and soap in dispenser. Shower pressure was good. Clean towel was on bed with blanket. Closet had hangers in it. Had no trouble ordering a morning delivery from Safeway grocery store. Microwave in kitchen worked.
No lockers. Bedroom door locks flimsy, were not keyed. Refrigerator had fruit flies/bugs in it. No paper towels or napkins. Parking was limited to street - first come first serve. Flooring was warped in hallways. Food was left in pots on 3 of 4 burners on stovetop. No conditioner or lotion. Property is older so cleanliness is not spic and span but not gas station dirty either. Think more along 3-roommate-mid-to-end-of-semester college dorm clean.

We had a private room even though we didn't book one and the bathroom was attached to the room, which was nice! Bathroom and Room were nice and clean.
There was no staff anywhere to see and they barely answered our texts. We couldn't lock the room from outside either.
