Location is good if you are looking to stay in ktown. Lots of great Korean food around, cafe downstairs and only a few minutes walk to metro or bus. Room is spacious and clean. Can hear a little traffic downstairs but overall is quiet.
Didn’t notice in the post but there’s some stairs to reach the rooms, so not recommend for someone with heavy luggage. The “hotel” itself is dated, more like a family run hotel than regular commercial hotel. Even though the room is clean, but it has this “stuffy” smell, we need to open the window to air the room.

Stayed in a 3 person room, very clean, they have towels, shampoo, soap, slippers, etc.
There are a lot of Korea themed places, from convenience stores to restaurants, highly reccomend if you are interested in the Korean culture.
Koreatown and the street around the hotel is very active at evenings, safe to walk around from metro and bus stops.
Very close (1 block/3min walk) to bus and metro stops
There is no free drinkable water, but there is a kitchen with tap water, cattle and a microwave. Also a vending machine with very reasonable prices (1$ for 0.5L water, 2$ for chips) that sells snacks and water.
