With a pot belly stove for the winter heating and air-conditioning for summer cooling, the kitchen/dining room is ideal for entertaining with a good size eight seater dining table. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven along with an island bench. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, small wall mounted smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity sink unit, towel heater, bath and separate shower. There are 3 further bedrooms, one with a queen bed also including a split cycle air con unit, another with two single beds and the last one has a bunkbed to sleep younger family members. These bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, and are serviced by a further family bathroom. The outside decking area is fully equipped with a gas barbeque and an outside setting, ideal for relaxing while you enjoy your favourite glass of wine after a day touring some of the regions world class wineries.
