The Space:

Tucked away in a serene bushland setting, this retreat welcomes you with a tree-lined driveway leading to an inviting home designed for connection and entertainment. After a day exploring nearby wineries, sink into the sofas and unwind with your favourite films by the crackling wood fire in the living room.



Prepare a delicious meal with fresh Dunsborough produce in the fully equipped kitchen, where the spacious bench invites casual bites and conversation. Gather around the wooden dining table for a shared feast, laughter filling the air. As dusk settles, stretch out on the sun loungers with a chilled drink, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy alfresco dining under the stars, surrounded by the soft sounds of the bush as kangaroos wander through the trees.



Designed for comfort and privacy, the home is perfect for families or groups, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms split across two wings. Recharge in the primary suite, where golden sunlight streams through large windows, casting a warm glow over the king bed. Nearby, a second bedroom, with two king single beds, is perfect for late-night chats—an ideal space for friends or kids. Across the house, another king bedroom and a twin bedroom with two king single beds offer a private retreat for a second family. Each wing has its own bathroom with a spa bath and separate toilet, offering comfort and convenience for multiple guests. A fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer makes extended stays effortless.



Whether you're a seasoned player or just up for a fun match, the private full-size tennis court is yours to enjoy. Start your morning with a friendly rally or sit courtside with a drink and cheer on the action. With secure on-site parking, it’s easy to come and go as you explore the region.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Positioned in Yallingup’s scenic countryside, this retreat offers easy access to famous wineries, stunning beaches and dining. Start your day with breakfast at Goanna or a fresh coffee and pastries from Commonage, both just two minutes away. Enjoy delicious pizza at Rivendell, only five minutes from home. Wine lovers can explore Marq Wines, Deep Woods Estate, and Happs Wines & Commonage Pottery, all within two minutes. A ten-minute drive brings you to Dunsborough’s town centre with more dining options and a busy shopping mall. For a coastal escape, Yallingup Beach is 11 minutes away, perfect for swimming and surfing. Nearby, discover the Ngilgi Cave, an underground wonder of ancient stalactites and stalagmites.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are plenty of parking spots available in the driveway.



Airport: 35-minutes drive by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



A small amount of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you run out of the allocation or if you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
