The Space:

Tucked away in the Yallingup countryside, Burwood Bush House blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The home welcomes you with a striking timber exterior and wide decking that wraps around, offering multiple areas to unwind while soaking in the beauty of nature. The expansive outdoor deck is designed for relaxation and entertaining, complete with a gas BBQ and dining setting. Spot native wildlife, enjoy a morning coffee, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the treetops.



Step inside to a spacious open-plan living area, where soaring vaulted ceilings and large windows bathe the space in natural light. The cosy lounge, complete with plush seating, a potbelly stove, and a Smart TV, invites you to relax after a day of adventure. The living space flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, and an island bench, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy at the eight-seater dining table. Air-conditioning ensures comfort in warmer months, while the fireplace adds a touch of warmth in winter.



The primary bedroom is a serene escape, featuring a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, and a small wall-mounted Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, heated towel rail, deep bathtub, and a separate shower. Three additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements: one with a queen bed and air-conditioning, another with twin single beds, and a third with a bunk bed. These rooms share a well-appointed family bathroom.



A full laundry with a washing machine and dryer and free parking on the driveway add convenience to your stay.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
