The late arrival fees $100 is killing me, and it is not making sense at all.
I was late due to flight delay and logistic (due to first time into the States). The $100 doesn't make sense at all. It is like before I could enjoy my stay in LA, I have to pay this heavy $100 which the problem not caused by me. Even though overall house is pleasant, for this heavy penalty, I will not stay there again and I will also not encourage any to stay there too.

Very comfortable and spascious. Location is perfect and you can even reach Beverly Hills, Beverly Center and 3rd street just by walking. The 2 bedrooms each have spascious closets and a private bathroom where fundamentals are provided. The living room is very comfortable and the kitchen has all utensils and clean pans to use. The apartment has a car space which is very convenient in L.A. I was there for 5 nights with my husband and 2 kids and they loved it as well since beds were big (master bedroom has a king size bed) and each room had a big TV.
