Прожил в Sunny Ocean две недели и ни разу не пожалел о выборе. Главное здесь - люди. Отдельное спасибо Kate, Henry и Mateo: всегда на связи, любой вопрос решали быстро и без лишней бюрократии от бытовых мелочей в номере до советов. Чувствуется, что персоналу не всё равно, и это делает долгое проживание по-настоящему комфортным
Номер чистый, убирали регулярно и аккуратно, за две недели ни одной проблемы с кондиционером, водой или интернетом. Завтраки отличные
Отдельно про спа, сауна и массаж это то, ради чего сюда стоит возвращаться. Мастера профессиональные, цены адекватные, записаться легко
Расположение максимально комфортное, пляж, кафе и магазины в шаговой доступности, при этом в отеле тихо

The staff were all very lovely, especially Matteo (Dong) who was very friendly during breakfast at the egg station and at the sky bar. The breakfast buffet had mainly Asian food but the western options were enough for me.
Location was good - right by the beach!
The pool are was slightly small so not many people could be there at once (5 sunbeds).
Bathroom was alright, it was clean but had low lighting and the shower door opened outwards which made the space a bit awkward.

Location in close proximity to My Khe Beach and street food vendors and restaurants.
The bath towels and hand towels were ragged and worn, thin, and dingy white .
Bathroom had mildew.
