A pleasant dining area consisting of an extendable round table that can accommodate up to 4 people as well as a small bar with 2 adjustable stools.
The lounge, comfortable and welcoming, has two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table and a television to share good moments of relaxation after a day of discovery.
The sleeping area consists of
A first bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm with duvet and television. The second offers two single beds of 90 x 190 cm with duvets, perfectly suited for children.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a washing machine.
The toilets are separate for added comfort.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden of 350 m², a true space for relaxation and conviviality. In the shade of the trees, a large wooden picnic table will allow you to share your meals outdoors, whilst the barbecue will be ideal for your summer evenings.
Board games are also available to you to enhance your moments of relaxation with family

You can easily reach the picturesque town and its shops at 200 metres (local market on Tuesday), the fishing port at 500 metres, the beaches at 800 metres as well as the famous GR 34 hiking trail, also at 800 metres.

Maison idéalement située entre la ville et le petit port et proche de tous commerces. Pas besoin de voitures pour les balades, la plage, les courses et se rendre à l'embarcadère d’où nous sommes partis pour une journée à Ouessant. Spacieuse et lumineuse et environnement très calme pour profiter du jardin. Les derniers avis ont été pris en compte et nous avons pu apprécier la literie neuve et profiter du salon de jardin pour nos repas car la semaine a été bien ensoleillé.
Maison propre et soignée avec jolie décoration.

Maison très bien située, proche de tous commerces et de l'embarcadère pour les îles à pieds. Elle est spacieuse, lumineuse, très calme, la décoration soignée. Quelques points mériteraient un effort pour rendre le séjour parfait : la literie est assez mauvaise (les lits en 90 particulièrement) et il manque un vrai salon de jardin pour profiter facilement de l'extérieur.
