The property is beautiful and peaceful, with a wonderful atmosphere for relaxing and spending quality time with family. The surroundings and ocean views are lovely, and overall it’s a great place to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy the Keys.
My only complaint is that I would love to see more entertainment, especially music, and more water activities for guests to enjoy. Some areas of the property are also still under construction, which takes away a little from the overall experience. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The beach is beautiful and the location is excellent. The kayaks and paddleboards were a great touch and easily the best part of the stay
Check-in is listed at 4 PM, but we only received our room close to 5 PM. When we asked for a late checkout, the staff were not very accommodating.
When we finally got into the room, it was still wet from housekeeping. The bed was uncomfortable, to put it mildly.
Breakfast billing was confusing. I prepaid $25 per person for breakfast as part of my reservation, with taxes included in the total. After breakfast, I was handed a bill for $39 per person plus tax and gratuity. I was told this is how everyone is charged and that a credit is applied at checkout, but I still don’t understand why I was taxed again, and the whole process made no sense from a guest’s point of view.
Most hotels in Key Largo run $150 to $300 a night. This resort charges over $800, which would be fine if the experience justified it. As a family that comes to Key Largo at least 4 to 5 times a year, we did not find the added value to match the price.
