Place was as advertised; beach access was lovely and the house was as expected for a rental.
There was a minor fracas when we arrived, though, as there was some piddling on the kitchen floor we had to clean up. It was a rather concerning moment, if that indicated the general state of the place, but it seems to have been a strange oversight. The rest of the house was put together and free of the unexpected, so we were able to move on with our vacation without further trouble.

Our family celebrated our Christmas together - 3 couples with little kids. The home accommodated separate activities easily. It has a great location and easy walk to the beach. The garage with the games were a big hit with everyone. Great communication with management. The only minus is the grills need to be updated.

We arrived and check in was easy and with clear directions. House was clean and as listed. Very peaceful area with direct beach access. Hot tub was clean and worked properly. My family all had a great time. Thanks you!!

Great location no doubt and plenty of space and sleeping room. However, it was difficult for my group of 6 to enjoy our stay as the property was not cleaned.
1) we found broken glass scattered around the first floor. Two people stepped on glass and one had his foot cut open. I have photos but it looks like I can’t upload
2) we were informed that there would be a grill, and there was, but it was completely insanitary. It looked like there may have been a dead bird splattered on it (again photos) but we were too disgusted to approach
3) we were warned about sand burrs outside the property but the inside also had burrs scattered around
Overall, the cleaning was inadequate, and dangerous. We paid a pet fee for three dogs but had to restrict the dogs to a small area to prevent them from potentially cutting their paws. I was in communication with their service team about refunding a portion of our stay (cleaning and pet fees) given the harrowing experience but eventually got ghosted.

Overall very good! We had stayed here once before when there were 5 legitimate bedrooms—perfect for our family. This time there were only 4 legitimate bedrooms. The 5th bedroom from our first stay was now locked, and the twin beds moved to an alcove off the front door where a great puzzle room had been located on our first visit. So it’s unlikely we’ll return.

We truly enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the amazing Sunsets! Just a short walk to the beach which was nice for our three generation family. We were very impressed with the game room. The entire family loved all of the games. The hot tub overlooked out to the beach & dunes which was a hit for the kids. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. We will be back next summer and will book earlier to get the prime weekend since we were only able to find a short 3 day weekday window available. Thanks to VR 365 for making our family trip so memorable.

We had a great time with this house and everyone was comfortable and cozy. Plenty of room to spread out and relax and enjoy the beach, the hot tub and the sunsets.

This was a great location and a big house with plenty of space for all of us. We were informed that the oven would not be functional during our stay on the morning of check in, this was hard to adjust our food plans at the last minute. We were offered an air fryer in replacement.
The hot tub was very dirty and our first soak was so full of foam, it was not enjoyable. The manager was contacted and we were offered some chemical to put in to lessen the foam. It was very sandy and the water had a weird smell. We were told it was scheduled to be serviced after we left.
The master suit bedroom was nice and spacious. The mattress on the bed was vey hard and not comfortable. We never figured out how to get the TV in there to work.
There as so many beds in this house! Not all of them have privacy, so be aware of that.
This house has an amazing game room! The owners had just upgraded everything in it and it was lots of fun for the kids and the grown ups!
The quick walk to the beach down our own private path was a bonus for sure.
If we had a working oven, clean hot tub and comfy master bed it would have been perfect. We appreciated the mangers quick response to our concerns.

Very nice house with a to die for kitchen, very thing you would ever need to cook is there. Especially loved the two separate TV rooms younger adults can watch what they want while us older adults can enjoy our own shows. Love the upper deck where you can see the Ocean waves while sipping morning coffee. Hot tub was very relaxing and we all enjoyed it. We will be back again soon. Thank you

The house is nice and in a great location beach-side. My complaint is items missed during cleaning. A basket of fruit was out that had apples decaying to the point of maggots dropping out of them. Maybe the cleaning crew thought they were fake? There were also a bunch of crumbs behind couch cushions.

This home provided a great getaway for a family vacation. On a clear day you can see the ocean while every day you can enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing while on the comfortable patio. Amenities were sufficient for a beach home, all beds were comfortable and it’s a short walk on the path through the dunes from the home to the beach. We would stay again, my nephew (6yrs) never wanted to leave. The sandy backyard provided hours of entertainment.

Overall it was great. Its a beautiful house and the management company was fantastic. There were some minor cleaning issues (kitchen counters and some linens needed to be cleaned). Our only bigger complaint was the hot tub had a bunch of sand in it and the water was cloudy. We didn't use it because it looked sketchy.

The home was gorgeous. When we got there I noticed how dirty it was and reached out to mgmt. I ended up having to email pictures. The doors on the downstairs shower fell off the track constantly. When we were in town one day I gave permission for someone from the company to go in and clean but it looked exactly the same when we got back. Upon getting there, none of the hard surfaces even to include the floor had been cleaned. There was long dark hair EVERYWHERE. I was not impressed with that but we did love the actual home. Please note, there is an AC unit but it doesn’t work.

really fun location and a great house.pros: big house and its well layed out. kitchen was nicely appointed though we didn't cook too much. lots of great stuff in garage if you need it, sand toys, beach blankets, etc. easy walk to the beach , there's not too many people out there, so nice place to play with dogs and family. Town has some nice places to eat, especially the bakery. Cons: AC stopped working while we were there so had to rely on opening windows, hopefully its fixed now. The beach is great with one exception, the town uses it for a highway so there are lots of cars that drive up and down on the hard pack, which is kinda where kids and dogs like to play. drivers were respectful and slowed down but you do really need to keep an eye out.

This was a perfect place for couples to vacation at the beach. 3 king beds and one queen made it very comfortable. And with the beach only a short path away.. it was wonderful!

Perfect House for a Large Group in a Great Location
The property was exactly as described and everything worked out great for a family gathering. There were lots of places to spread out as well as for us to come together for meals and games. The kitchen is fantastic and we loved all the big windows! The walk to the beach was quick and there were almost no people when we went for walks on the beach. It was the perfect place for us to unwind and have quality time with our family and we would definitely come back again!

Wonderful Beach Getaway
The house and location were wonderful. The house has everything you need. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We were bummed that the hot tub didn't work for us. The water level was too low, so it wouldn't get warm. It was fixed, but it didn't get warm in time for us to use it.
