Situated in Bradenton Beach, this lovely condo for $170 per night is a great option for your next vacation. We are located 45 minutes south of St Petersburg, an hour south of the Tampa International airport, 2 hours from Orlando and its many theme parks and twenty minutes north of Sarasota on the Gulf side of Florida. Our 2BR/1BA condo located only 100 flip-flop steps from the Gulf beach on Anna Maria Island. Our condo offers a great location in a quiet neighborhood - just a few flip flop steps away from gorgeous sunsets and a short trolley ride to the famous Bridge street and all the other island attractions. Living area includes new 50" (2024) large SMART TV with Cable, Master bedroom has a queen bed and 40" smart TV with Roku. Second bedroom has new twin beds and 20" flat screen TV with ROKU Stick. The twin beds can be modified to make a king! Enjoy cooling off in the large resort style pool after a relaxing day at the beach.Welcome to Anna Maria Island and the City of Bradenton Beach Our island is seven miles long and 2-5 blocks wide. We are a family-friendly place with water sports, beach shops, gift shops with restaurants and fishing on the Historic Bridge Street and Pier. A free trolley gives rides up and down the island. A new bike path runs along the beaches next to beach parks with barbecues and life guard stations. We are Old Florida - relaxed without the high-rise feel. The unit was in a great location with a short walk to the beach. It was as advertised and had everything we needed. Veronique was very responsive as well. This is out of the owners control, but there was a very unpleasant unit owner by the name of Sue that apparently is miserable doesn’t like to be in the presence of children. She was calling my children names and even pushed one of my 5 year olds away from her in the pool. Unfortunately, we will not be back because of her behavior. She made it very awkward and uncomfortable for us.

It was nice. Decorated in a beachy decor. It served my needs and was priced right. It was comfortable and would accommodate a family of four nicely. Only about 50 steps to the ocean. My only negative was a lack of extra linen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Was easy to check in and out. The condo was clean and equipt with most everything we needed. The beds were not as comfortable as we would prefer, but all and all was very enjoyable. Reasonably priced, we would definately go back!

Property was as described, bed comfy, a/c worked well. The info booklet in the unit had lots of helpful tips for restaurants, etc. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was a nice addition. Nice extras were the beach items and wagon to get to beach. Beach itself was beautiful and having the trolley going up and down was so handy. We will be back for sure! Thanks for a great stay!

This property was very nice and was a perfect fit for 2 teens and 2 adults. The kids loved the pool. The beach was about 1 block away. The air worked great, there was always hot water for our showers, and having a washer/dryer was nice. There were plenty of beach towels/toys such as chairs, football, buckets, boogie boards, ect. The only suggestion is there was a bag with wheels that needed replaced, it had a few holes in the bottom which let all the sand in.

Took 8 years to find what will hopefully be our new "go to" condo on the island. Unit is well maintained, furnished beautifully and fully equipped with everything you need for the beach. The location is safe, quiet and relaxing. Veronique- Thank you so much making our AMI vacation memorable!

This was our first time at Anna Maria Island. We loved the location! So close to the beach and the free trolley. Easy walking distance to many local eateries and pubs. Plenty of options for live music, too! Sad that the pool at our unit was under repair most of our time there and once it was up and running again, the weather turned too cold to enjoy it. Condo was well provisioned and totally met our needs. Owner was quick to respond to all questions and concerns. Would enjoy coming back again in the future.

Clean condo with 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Layout was very good. Decorated nicely. Close to the white sand beach of AMI. Veronique was very responsive and easy to work with. She got us in the room early since we arrived in the morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Property was beautiful and clean. Close to the beach and was awesome to have stuff to take to beach. Door lock was a little sticky at times. Only recommendation is to leave more rolls or toilet paper then 1 extra. We are planning our next trip and plan to stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We were happy to find beach chairs and toys since we flew and we're unable to pack these items. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Overall we had a wonderful vacation. Listing was accurate and this unit had more than listed (beach chairs and sand toys for the kids). This unit is as described. 120 steps to the sand. The pool was nice to relax in when then the kids were done with the beach. The only thing that could have been better was a functional dryer. It would have made life a bit easier but we managed with the drying rack provided.

We had a great time! Veronique was amazing and was always quick to respond! The proximity to the beach was nice and the condo complex was quiet. Quick tip: if you don't feel like waiting for the trolley and have some cash on you, call the Monkey Bus! You can Google their information and they will pick you up in front of the condo and drop you off wherever you want to go. They work solely off of tips. It was a fun little ride! I will for sure be back to the Island, next time without my children! If you have kids that aren't amused by the beach or pool, there isn't really a ton for them to do. My next trip will be purely for relaxation and this place will be the perfect spot!
