Nestled in Bradenton Beach, this attractive condo for $160 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Anna Maria Island and the City of Bradenton Beach. We are located 45 minutes south of St Petersburg, an hour south of the Tampa International airport, 2 hours from Orlando and its many theme parks and twenty minutes north of Sarasota on the Gulf side of Florida. Our island is seven miles long and 2-5 blocks wide. We are a family-friendly place with water sports, beach shops, gift shops with restaurants and fishing on the Historic Bridge Street and Pier. A free trolley gives rides up and down the island. A new bike path runs along the beaches next to beach parks with barbecues and life guard stations. We are Old Florida - relaxed without the high-rise feel. Our newly updated condo is located in a quiet neighborhood just 85 flip-flop steps to the pure white sand beach..This is a corner unit that is always bright and sunny.. The condo includes two bedrooms and one bath. Bedroom one has a queen bed (new mattress 2024) and 48" flat screen TV with ROKU. Bedroom 2 includes two twin beds with new mattresses (2024) and a 20" flat screen with ROKU stick. the twin beds can be converted to a king on request. The living area has a new (2024) 55" mounted Samsung SMART Flat screen TV including premium cable and WI-FI. NEW* in 2024: A washer/dryer all in one combo has been added for your convenience. We have just completed a total bathroom re-model as well as additional interior upgrades that include new paint, new interior doors, crown moldings and new (2023), leather, living room furniture! The leather couch has double reclining chairs. Our newly updated condo is just what you need to relax. Your dates not available? Vacationing with family or friends and need more space? This rental is exactly as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness of it was wonderful. The owner gives you details in a PDF file on operating things inside and where everything is. She was so accommodating. We had a wonderful time for our girls vacation.

The Condo was fully stocked and had all we needed. Loved that it had a wagon to cart what we needed to beautiful white sand beaches which was just steps away. My husband and I had a great time on the island and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. 🙂

The property is exactly like the pictures! It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for going to the beach and cooking meals. The beds were very comfortable as well. Loved being so close to a wonderful beach! Veronique is very responsive to any questions you may have.

The quiet corner unit was well illuminated with reserved parking at the entrance. Comfortable electric recliners on sofa and love seat awaited us after busy days at the beach and long walks around the island. The kitchen was equipped with necessary utensils and appliances to prepare our eat in meals. The renovated bath with tiled shower is stunning. The personality of the unit is reflexed in the unique wall art. Especially enjoyed the book of the island’s history. We enjoyed the visits with some very friendly people at the pool which was well maintained and clean. Appreciated the notice from the host on the break in water line. Luckily we never lost pressure while in the unit. I see why the unit is booked well in advance for months.

Condo is cuter even in person! So close to the beach and we ended up renting a golf cart to explore the rest of the island.

This property is beautiful and completely stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, everything yiu could ever need in a kitchen. Really comfy reclining couches. Big pool. Literally a 90-second walk to the beach. Circle K is close for necessaries. Access to free transportation. Bridge Street is so fun! Owner responds within minutes and is extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The property was immaculate. I loved being able to walk to the beach. The free trolley was an extra benefit. We rode the trolley all over the island to visit all of the shops. The owner has been easy to work with; always responding in a timely fashion. We are already play a trip for next year.

This property was perfect for our family! We had plenty of space in the condo. The location was wonderful…just a short walk to the beach, the park, and the trolley stop! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The property was clean and a block from the beach. The property owner was very responsive anytime I had a question. Good for a couple or a couple with 2 kids.

Overall, a really good experience. Condo #9 is a corner condo on the second floor. Clean , great communication with Property owner and explanation of property was mostly as listed. The Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed just small but worked fine. The bathroom / shower clean ! But no shampoo or soap as noted on listing. We bought our own and left it at the condo. There was one broken beach chair and the beach umbrella was broken as well. So now the property owner is aware of this. There was only a sand bucket in the closet so we bought more sand play equipment and left at the condo. Pros: Great pool on the site and the condo is very close to the beach. Property manager leaves information on where the Beach Access are in relation to the condo as well as a lengthy PDF with all kinds of information about the island and access to restaurants, trolley and recreation. Would stay again for sure !!

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. This place had more than your typical plates and utensils. Check-in was easy and the location was great. The community pool area was cleaned every day and everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!

Cute condo very close to the beach. Lots to do starting from half a mile. Really enjoyed our egmont adventure and the wildlife preserve a few miles from the condo. Enjoyed the beach house restaurant and fried clams on the pier. Bridge street bistro was the best with a fresh catch of mahi for dinner. Liked using the monkey bus to get to destinations and then walking back. Great sunset at the Kokono hut. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch of the condo and having a night cap before calling it at night. Will definitely be back.

Very clean with many amenities for the beach including sunscreen and Beach chairs. Wonderful beach a block away. Directions said there was also a beach cart, but that was not found. Slow drain in bathroom sink but otherwise great place.
