My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean with plenty of amenities you wouldn't normally find. The location was a short walk from downtown and very close to the big park and river. It was quiet with plenty of parking. We felt safe walking to downtown from the surrounding streets. I would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to everything from a stroll along the river to restaurants, bars, groceries, and Hayden Homes Amphitheater.
Bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and there was plenty of room for two.
Road noise can be loud with the windows open. Pizza across the street is good.

Cute and clean place in the most perfect location. Breweries, wine tasting rooms, restaurants and the Hayden Homes Amphitheater were all easy to walk to. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I have stayed in Emily's various apartments several times and they are always clean and well appointed. The area is quiet while being within walking distance of eateries and shopping and communication with the host is easy and always helpful. The furniture (including the bed) is comfortable and having a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We stay here whenever it is available!

PERFECT LOCATION!
We have stayed at these units in the past and none of them disappoint! Walking distance to everything! Old mill, downtown, galveston, EVERYTHING! The units are always very clean and has all of the amenities you need. Emily is very accommodating and quick to respond. We look forward to staying here when we come to visit Bend!

This condo is in a great location to both the river and old town - a short walk to both. The place was immaculate. We'd definitely stay here again.

Even better than it looks
This little place is so perfect. It’s actually a small one bedroom apartment. The kitchen was very well outfitted. There’s even a washer dryer. Walking distance to so many of Bends treasures. We loved this place and would go again!

Bend Mill District Fourplex
Clean, well organized, well situated rental with easy walkable access to Old Bend and Mill District. Only drawback was high volume of vehicle traffic and high level of noise associated with traffic. Otherwise great.

Hidden gem in Bend
We had a lovely time at this property. The location was perfect for walking in and around all of the downtown and Old Mill district. The place was very comfortable- plush towels, linens and pillows, comfy bed and the kitchen was perfect. A great stay for 2 people! We will be back!

Always Perfect
We've stayed here several times now for spring skiing trips to Mt. Bachelor. It's a great location and Jackson's Corner across the street is a convenient and delightful place to grab quick meals. The unit (we've stayed in three different units, all about the same) is well furnished & equipped, clean and roomy. We'll be back.

Great location, clean and well-appointed-has everything you need.
This place is perfect for us. It is near our family and gives us a central place to gather. It’s not too big for two, but versatile enough to have 7 adults comfortably for dinner, and a well-stocked kitchen to be able to prepare and serve said dinner. The washer and dryer are a welcome bonus. Thank you Emily for this great place!

Comfortable, in excellent location
Needs attention to a couple items:
1. Thin pad under the throw rug needs to be replaced. I nearly tripped a couple times.
2. Add a couple coat hooks near the door--it gets cold in Bend!
3. The area at the bath shower door base needs to be scrubbed and the grout replaced.

Clean, comfortable in a great location
My husband and I rented this little condo for a few days in Bend. The rental process was easy and Emily was great with communication. The check in was super easy as we got our own code into the unit. The condo is fully stocked, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. We walked from the condo to the old town downtown area for dinner/drinks. There were multiple coffee shops within walkable distance. It was just a few blocks from the river as well. The parking was very nice to have as we had a rental car.
Overall I highly recommend this rental- you won't be disappointed!

Really nice, modern space in great location
Emily's place is perfectly equipped, clean and in a great location. It's walking distance to downtown, many breweries, restaurants, food carts. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely return.
