We stayed here with another family for a long weekend and it was great! The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

Kitchen was thoroughly stocked for cooking! Two large tables on patio were great to enjoy meals together. Super close to tennis courts and pickleball option. Will definitely return!!

Property was clean. A little bummed there was no A/C, but the fans did they're job. Very spacious and the décor was great! Location was very good.

The house was clean and large enough for a couple of families. The freeway noise was loud, but expected since the home is on the back row of the community. However central enough to quickly make your way to the pool and beach. Checkin and out was easy. Bring your own towels and toiletries.

House was great! Clean and well stocked. The beds were all so comfy and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Great stay for us for the weekend.

The place was clean and bright. We had an issue on arrival getting the key, it did lack some basic supplies we thought it would have (like shampoo and bath soap, but we also didn't ask ahead of time), and the hot water was a little spotty. However, overall, I would put it as one of the better places we've stayed at Las Gaviotas. The rooms at the back of the house had a lot of road noise, but the views, the big balconies, and lots of common area hang-out space at the front of the house made up for it. Four couples meant we didn't need to use the least desirable room off the garage. We appreciated a little extra-time at check out and, overall, everyone agreed that we would rent it again.

We had the best time staying at Zev and Ximena's house this July. The house was super clean and super spacious. Everyone was surprised by how roomy their room was and the master suites were perfect for the families of the group. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for our big party and the deck was fabulous with seating for all 10 people! We barbequed 2 times over the weekend with the super convenient grill on the patio too. We had a little problem with the sink in the kitchen, but the response and fix time was super fast! When we got back from the pool one day, it was fixed! They were very friendly too! We come to Gaviotas every year and will definitely stay here if its available our next trip :) Thanks to great hosts!

This is a good house for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out. Zev and Ximena were very helpful.

We had an amazing time in Las Gaviotas. The house was great. Spacious, clean, nice bed's and great balcony.

The house was huge with 2 giant master suites on the top level. The main level had two rooms each with 2 beds and the ground level had a suite attached to the garage. The bedrooms on the top level were easily the best with one leading to a massive terrace. One drawback, in my opinion, is even with the blinds down, light penetrates the house once the sun rises. This caused me to wake up earlier than I wanted but allowed me to get up to enjoy what Las Gaviotas and Mexico, in general, had to offer. Las Gaviotas serves tacos at the pool on the weekend which was fantastic. The location is also short cabs to Puerto Nuevo or Rosarito. Go to Puerto Nuevo at sunset to get the lobster special ($16 including beer/margarita) and you won't be disappointed.

We had our holidays here in this huge house - it is about 4,000 ft or so as far as i can tell. it has beautiful 2 master suites upstairs and 2 big rooms with full bathroom in main level and a private suite downstairs for the honeymooners. the owner was communicating with us constantly and was very helpful whenever we needed a question answered. Being surfers, we appreciated this house as we had an unobstructed view of the main surf point from a really cool deck in the front upstairs balcony where we could sit and look at guys surfing the waves. the kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for our large group of 10 and also house had enough sitting inside and outside for all 10 - all in all - a great holiday experience and we will be back to this house for sure.
