Welcome to Casa Azul, a beautiful two-story home located in Las Gaviotas, a private and gated community on the coast of Baja California. This home features five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a balcony with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.
The upper level has a kitchen, dining room that seats eight, living room newly redecorated with Fausto Polanco furnishings, master bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom and separate bathroom. The lower level includes another kitchen, dining room, living room, master bathroom with ensuite, two additional bedrooms and another bathroom. With fine artwork, two fireplaces and a firepit on the balcony, this home is the perfect getaway for a couple or bring your friends and family!
Casa Azul is located just 35 minutes south of the California-Mexico border, between Rosarito and the legendary lobster village of Puerto Nuevo. Enjoy a visit to Baja’s famous Guadalupe Wine Valley or walk to the community swimming pool and jacuzzi before relaxing on the patio to watch the sun go down. Whatever your vacation plans are, we know you will enjoy your stay at Casa Azul.

The home and community is amazing! Super family friendly. Easy access to the beach and pool. Amazing views and ultra responsive homeowners. Will be back for sure!

We had such a great time at this house! We go to Las Gaviotas at least twice a year and we will absolutely check for this house again. The beds were so comfortable, the place was clean and set up for comfort. We didn't cook much this time but I wish we had the kitchen was stocked! The host was available and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!
