Nestled in Harbor Springs, this charming house for $321 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. ENJOY a spacious home in Harbor Springs with views of the lake. Sleeps up to 8 and is great for two famlies with two king bedrooms. It has an open kitchen and living area with plenty of room for gathering. Enjoy the porch off the side of the house for outdoor entertaining and views of the lake or private porch off back for lounging. Dining table seats six plus the breakfast table seats four, all in the open living space. We also have a Family/TV room with vaulted ceilings and a quaint library for a quiet time. Our home is a short walk to downtown Harbor Springs with shopping, restaurants public beach and more. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one on the first level plus a queen sleeper sofa in the library. This location is perfect for all seasons, with easy access to the waterfront, golf courses and ski hills. Nobs Nob and Boyne Highlands are just a 10-minute drive away.

Easy to get to. Close enough to walk to town-even in winter. Plenty of seating options and areas to congregate or separate. Nice en suite (BR/full bath/sitting area) for anyone needing more privacy. 3 BR upstairs with smaller full bath. Additional full bath on main floor that has double sink. Kitchen well stocked. Newer appliances. Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back.

House was very spacious for our 2 families of 8, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Skiing conditions were bad so having the house was a great space for meals and games. Great location just a 15 minute beautiful scenic walk into town. Did not need to communicate with the property manager as everything went smooth and the information and directions were clearly stated before hand and in print in the house.

We had 4 adults and three kids aged 10-16. There was the perfect amount of bedrooms / beds for all of us. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen. It's an easy walk to downtown Harbor Springs and less than 15 minutes from nearby Petoskey. We would stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at this house. There was plenty of room for our teens to spread out after 2 great days of skiing. The house is literally 8 minutes away from Nubs and Highlands (only a couple of turns, super easy and quick), so it worked out perfectly. Highly recommend.

We are very sad to have to say that this house was not fit, in our opinion, for rental. The previous year we had a similar VRBO rental that was wonderful but unfortunately they sold that house.
We were so excited to come stay at this home as the location was perfect and the pictures were great. However, when we got there we simply wanted to leave. It had an odor, the pictures lead you to believe that with the two bedrooms upstairs there are also two bathrooms but only one that is small. The largest bathroom is downstairs on the first floor and had black something in it and had an odor. We think it was mold but we can not say for sure. The pillows on the bed were so flat, the bath linens were not enough for 4 adults and were old and not in good shape. The televisions did not even have the amenity of being able to record on them much less any extra channels. We were there during a precursor for the US OpenTennis and a big golf tournament. We couldn't see either as there were only the basic channels and when something did come on a basic channel and we were out playing golf we couldn't even record it.
The couch one of the sitting rooms was in in terrible shape and there were literally 6 hangers in the closet of the largest room. And the other rooms weren't any better. We had to buy a sponge for doing the dishes when we went grocery shopping. It is not the expense of a very inexpensive item. It is that the sponge was obviously very used and not replaced for our cleanliness/sanitation. And on and on... We would have left and lost our money paid had we been able to find a last minute rental or B and B .

Was the perfect location and stay for our fall trip with friends! The home suited our family perectly. A very short walk to downtown and is located in a very quiet area of the town on a bluff. Awesome bedding! Several quiet areas within the home. Loved the den/library and the sunfoom. Well equiped as well.

1. There are beds for six people upstairs(two king & two twin beds) and there was only ONE full bathroom upstairs to be shared by potentially six people. The solution to this situation was the bathroom located downstairs that would have to be used by some of the guests sleeping upstairs. This is an awkward layout for sure and not convenient at all. There is a privacy issue here that is a problem.
2.The walls of the queen bedroom downstairs (on the main floor) did not go up to the ceiling , there was no door for the bedroom & the closet was out in the hall outside of the bedroom. This" bedroom" was next to a living room type area that had a TV and couch. Since the walls did not go up to the ceiling noise and light from the sitting room would disturb anyone who was trying to sleep.
3.The entry door that led from the outside into this area had an interior lockset that was very insecure and could easily be pried open with a credit card.
4. The oven was not clean when we arrived and the shower curtain liner in the upstairs bath was ripped and allowed water to spill onto the tile outside of the tub.
5. The ice maker located in the freezer didn't work properly.
6. The house was clean, there was propane for the gas grill, the check out instructions were available, the kitchen was well stocked & the beds were comfortable.
7. The bath towels looked sort of dingy and tired.
8. I called the owner to ask what product to use on the glass cooktop, if there was a replacement shower curtain liner and where to find a bulb for one in the ceiling that was burned out and she returned my call the next morning.

Great place to stay. Our family of 6 completely enjoyed this place. The house was clean and spacious with several sitting/lounge areas as well as outdoor decks to enjoy. Kitchen is well stocked.
Having the park and bike trails close to the house was a definite plus, since we enjoy biking, pickleball and skateboards.
The only complaint we d have to say about this property is the slight musty smell in the house.
