In town for a family party and this was a perfect spot for me and my dog. Cozy with a gas fireplace and convenient with a great coffee/breakfast place across the street.

The unit was small, as expected, clean and in a convenient location. We were a bit concerned being right on RT 28 but it posed no problem.
We were able to bring our puppy with us and there was a conservation area across there street that was great for morning walks
The only recommendation I would make is to have a document at the unit with recommendations for meals and such. There are so many restaurants in the area recommendations would be helpful

It’s a cozy Cape cottage close amenities and the beautiful beaches and landscapes of the Cape. It’s very quiet while located in a main road with easy access to everything.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed cottage. The size of the cottage is ideal for one couple looking to relax and unwind together. All the amenities you would expect with a Wonderful property outback, including a very relaxing, outdoor shower. If you’re looking for a quaint place to stay in Chatham, I would strongly consider staying here. In addition, the location is absolutely perfect for traversing the Cape and enjoying all the activities Cape Cod has to offer.

Nice, clean cottage but definitely only for a short stay. There is not a lot of space for your belongings. It’s on a main road so if you are traveling with a dog it’s difficult to go for a walk.

We loved our stay in Chatham at the cutest little house! Location is amazing - right across the street from a fantastic coffee & breakfast spot, 2 minute drive from CBI and other Chatham hot spots! We loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Quintessential Cape Cod cottage perfect for my mom and I as we enjoyed the Cape for the week. The location is perfect, especially the proximity to Chatham Main Street, but also easy to get to all the other towns on Cape Cod. The cottage was very clean and David and Maria always responded to any communication in a timely manner. Loved that they checked with us the day of arrival to see if we arrived OK and found everything to our liking. We would stay again for sure. Loved the tiny details to the property that made it extra special. Hope to return withbour dog someday as the backyard is perfect for our four legged friend.

A wonderful vacation… cottage was situated close to National seashore where I could bring my dog, Bella. The interior was immaculate and the yard was well maintained. Definitely would love to return.

My husband and I rented this cottage for the proximity to Chatham Bars Inn, where we attended a wedding. It was convenient, clean and just we needed to spend the weekend. We highly recommend it for one or two people.

Enjoyed our stay. Cottage as advertised but a little tight for 2 and a big dog. If you don’t like tight spaces, this may not be for you. Would have preferred softer chairs to sit in rather than Adirondack chairs in the living area. The place clean and stocked. The host had good communication. Close to restaurants- maybe 5 minutes to Chatham and 10-20 minutes to other towns. Great place for a couple days.

What a beautiful cottage in an absolutely ideal location. Close to town and everything else you want to get to, and just the loveliest and most well appointed place. It is small, so if space is your priority, you should probably look somewhere else, but if you are looking for the cutest coziest den on the Cape, then you have found it.

Beautifully maintained and designed all season cottage, with a compact but extremely well equipped kitchen, bathroom, entertainment. Electric fireplace effectively warmed up the cottage. Beautful nautical details all around; I particularly loved the high shelves all around and the hooks. Very efficiently designed. Great coffees shop and sandwiches, Chatham Works fitness center and share work space, plus the movie set for Nicole Kidman Netflix series, all across the road! I recommend the North Chatham seashore nearby; great views.
Nice quiet backyard despite location on main road. We were able to read, have tea and bask in the sun there.
Owners are kind, great communicators and there to help, They were flexible (off season) and we could arrive earlier and depart later with no extra cost.
Great romantic getaway for a quite weekend! But I can see it as a great active location for the summer as well.

This rental was perfect and we would absolutely book again. The rental was exceptionally clean (spotless!) and the hosts even provided an adorable welcome basket with small treats upon arrival. The rental was very well equipped with all that you might need (towels, kitchen items, coffee maker, etc.). You can tell the property owners put so much thought into this space. The rental location is conveniently located to downtown Chatham (less then 5 min. drive) and to Chatham Bars Inn. There is also an awesome coffee shop directly across the street and a delicious sit-down breakfast spot, both within walking distance. We have already recommended this rental location to many of our family members for future stays as well! Highly recommend!

This was a perfect spot for a Cape getaway. It was just me and my dog. While the cottage was small and did not have a full kitchen, it contained everything you needed to even cook meals at night as there was a full gas grill outside with burner for a pot if needed. Property was exceptionally clean and inviting.
