About this condo rental

Situated in Las Vegas Strip, this charming condo for $113 per night is a great option for your next trip. Two-bedroom suite accommodation in Las Vegas offering 900 sq ft of generous living space and can accommodate up to six guests. Two-bedroom suite has a king size pillow-top bed in one private bedroom with attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a second bathroom across the hall. A queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room accommodates additional guests. Complete with a private balcony/patio, dining area and fully appointed kitchen. The timeshare reservation cost of $17.50 is included in the amount you would pay HomeAway directly. - For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, for a length of 2 to 6 nights: There is no housekeeping fee. - For reservations made more than 14 days from the time of arrival: There is an additional $124.72 housekeeping fee which you will be paying at the time of checkout, which you should budget for. This is independent on the length of your stay. You can inquire in advance as to whether that would apply to your particular timeframe. - When checking in at the front desk of the resort, you will provide your name, identification, and a credit card, to secure the *refundable* $250 security deposit until you check out. You won't need your reservation number in order to check in, but it's a good idea to have it handy. As mentioned, when it is time to leave (by 10am), check back at the front desk in order to pay the $124.74 housekeeping fee (if applicable, if now is 14+ days from your arrival) and return your electronic keys. Please be aware that the concierge may also invite you to attend a timeshare presentation. You are under NO obligation to do so, and I suggest you politely decline unless you are really interested.

This condo was very centrally located to the Strip. It was clean, quiet and safe. Good for families and a nice swimming pool. The kitchen was supplied with all the necessary cooking appliances and the like. It is exactly as it is pictured on the website. Thank you for letting us stay there!

This little condo was perfect for our family of 5! The place was clean and had everything we needed while away from home for 4 days. Its located just off the strip… close enough to walk, but far enough to avoid the noise. The property manager was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. We were not approached to attend a timeshare, but we could’ve just gotten lucky. Kids enjoyed the pool while dad enjoyed the bar. There was optimal free parking and no resort fees. Only complaint at no fault to manager is the neighbors upstairs. As with most apartments walls can be thin, and unfortunately our upstairs tenants had heavy feet. Otherwise, would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, super helpful hosts, operating-room clean, courteous and helpful staff. Very happy to have found this! Lynda and Bryce: thank you so much for your help; you made this so easy for us being in town for business. We'll be back! For those looking for a getaway to Vegas with the family: the pool area is awesome and the location is perfect...about a half-mile from the heart of the south end of the strip.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves it was away from the hustle and bustle of the strip! However, I have never felt so disrespected by the bartender Rachel, she ignored my spouse and I the entire night and was very rude and standoffish! We had to ask several time for what we needed and other patrons did not get that treatment. I will return definitely; I will just be sure that Rachel is not bartending that night

Our family of four had a great stay. It was spottless, had everything you need and was nicer than we were expecting and closer to everything than we expected. It has a very nice outdoor pool, outdoor grill, hot tub, fire pits, ping pong, pool, fitness center. The owners were very easy to work with. We would highly recommend to others.

Two couples shared a 2-BR unit for 3 days and found this timeshare to be clean, quiet and close to local transportation. The outdoor pool complex is well maintained and a welcome respite from the craziness of the LV nightlife. Kitchen fairly well equipped if you want to make full breakfasts before heading out for your adventures. A wood frame building so a bit noisy if you need to sleep in, otherwise a great location!

What a great property! Very well kept, excellent mattress in both rooms. Outdoor pool area is even nicer than in pictures. We were attending a convention and auction and were in town several days and this was the perfect place for us, walking distance to strip if you wanted to go out but yet quiet and relaxing when you didn't. We will stay again when in town

This apartment is well located, close to the Strip but quiet. Though not luxurious, it is spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and good quality bed linen and towels. The pool area is very pleasant and quiet. The time-share staff were pleasant and not in the least pushy. All in all we were very impressed, and it was fantastic value mid-week.

Wonderful accommodations, location and affordable all at one resort!

Due to hurricane IRMA our Hilton Head vacation got diverted to Las Vegas. We were more than pleased with our last minute vacation accommodations. Our resort location was perfectly located to shows and restaurants we wanted to attend. The weather was perfect for lounging around the spacious pool during the day and relaxing in the newly renovated lobby awaiting our Uber transport deeper into the strip at night.
