If you're interested in a payment plan, please Contact Host. Hollywood Beach Ocean Front home like no other! Wall of windows on the ocean side with expansive views of the Channel Islands. The MAX number of guest is 10. Beautifully crafted 3 story home with a fourth level total roof deck with a 360 degree unbeatable view. Walk to channel islands harbor to enjoy numerous restaurants, bars, and fitness centers. Rent kayaks, boats, whale watch, or take a sunset dinner cruise. The first floor offers two bedrooms with California king beds and beautiful white duvets. The North room has a TV with cable. You'll find yourself gazing out at the beach after you pull the shades up. It's a sight to see. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a shower and tub. The main level (2nd floor) provides a huge kitchen with cooking amenities, all the appliances, including a Sub Zero fridge and freezer, breakfast bar and plenty of space for family gatherings. The living/family room has a gorgeous fireplace with dining table that provides enough seating for 10 people. There are soaring ceilings with motorized window coverings. When the sun sets, turn on the mood lighting thought the living, warm up the house with the radiant floors, and cuddle up on the couch for movie night. The first master suite bedroom is on the second floor with a California King bed and duvet cover. The bathroom offers a luxurious double spa tub and separate shower. Across from the kitchen you'll find the powder room where you can refresh before an awesome night on the town. On the third floor is the main master suite that has spectacular views of the ocean and jaw dropping views from the skylight. This room also provides mood lighting and has a fireplace, as does the beautiful master bathroom with spa tub and huge shower. Step up to the roof deck with 360 degree views of the ocean and marina. This home is like no other on Hollywood Beach! We provide a few extra amenities as a courtesy-for example a couple paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher liquid and pods. *Internet and cable access provided by third parties. Neither manager nor owner is responsible for data lost, theft, loss of internet or connection or inability of a guest to connect to the internet* Piano is not on the property. Water features shown in pictures are not in service. Jets in bathtubs are permanently disabled.

Views. That’s it. You are paying for the absolutely fabulous views this house offers. Two floors of windows face the beach from the living room with unobstructed views. Truly stunning.
The owner Greg gave me a very thorough walk through upon arrival. In hindsight, I wonder if this was because of all of the aging quirks. We have rented a number of places on the CA coast and this required the most number of contacts with the host and manager. Both were extremely responsive and apologetic.
Lower level bathroom: overhead bathroom light flickers
Main floor bedroom facing street: Door to the main living area doesn’t close.
Bedroom upstairs: I would call this a loft as the gorgeous glass must remain open due to fire code (per the manager) so limited privacy.
Kitchen: Sporadically flashing light on lights under cabinet. Faucet only has one setting (a shower like spray that got me wet every time). Leaking dishwasher (which didn’t happen to work for our stay). Leaking freezer.
Again, truly appreciate the responsiveness of both owner and manager. Prefer to not spend my vacation contacting them nearly every other day.

What a beautiful home and location. Guest will fall in love and not want to leave. Very nicely appointed and the master suite is over the top! So are the views and how quite the beach is. We will remember this trip forever. Thanks to the owners/property management for making it easy to check in and out though it was tough to leave we hope we can visit again soon.

The four of us had the most magical week! The home is BEAUTIFUL and had everything we needed to enjoy a restful and peaceful vacation. The Livingroom opens to the beach and the sound of the ocean was ever present. The neighborhood was perfect for morning runs and walks and the sunsets were PURE MAGIC! We visited the farmer’s market and grabbed coffee and treats at Honey Cup coffee shop. We even saw dolphins playing in the water on the last morning of our stay. The host was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The house on the beach is like a dream come true!
The beach is almost private and in the vicinity there is a great breakfast restaurant (Hollywood beach cafe) and in the marina there are a few nice restaurants.

Another thoroughly enjoyable week at this great beach home. From the surf and sand to the stunning sunsets as seen from the roof top deck. Greg and Dionne are wonderful hosts. The Family will definitely be back again next July.

Loved everything about the property. Location was great, zero crowds. Beach was perfect, long walks, lots of shells and fun in the waves. Huge gathering of otters at the nearby Kiddie Beach Park was a family favorite.
House was great. Such cool and fun details all over the place. Living room is just such an amazing space to spend time in and relax. Beds were good, house was stocked with everything we needed. Check in process was smooth and owner communication was great. Couldn't ask for more. Would recommend to anyone looking for some quiet beach time!

Truly a fabulous location and house. Stunning views of the beach, everything you could possibly need in the house. We enjoyed the entire Thanksgiving week here. Would also be a great house for several couples, as all rooms have king beds. Perhaps not as accommodating for families with young kids.

This is our second annual stay at the beautiful Glass House on Hollywood Beach. The house is incredibly comfortable with expansive, unobstructed views of the ocean from almost every room in the house. The rooftop deck is ideal for hanging out, doing yoga, or stargazing. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and there are even wetsuits for ocean swimming. We highly recommend this property and hosts Greg and Dionne. We look forward to booking the house again for our family.

Great location/ spacious home
We enjoyed a weeks family vacation here in Hollywood Beach. The house was very spacious and very private on this stretch of the beach. We rarely saw anyone other than next door neighbors. The view is amazing; the rooms were large and accommodating for all of us. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, games, basically all we needed for a fun week at the beach. The kitchen appliances and utensils are a little dated and could use some updating, but everything worked and we enjoyed ourselves which is the main thing. Everyone agreed we would return and without hesitation, rent here again.
Greg was in regular contact and provided information on restaurants, the farmer's market, etc. It was all nearby and many within walking distance. The is a really private location and was a great stay!

Location, location, location
Greg, was very helpful with showing us around the house upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The house is just amazing and the view is breath taking. The pictures on the website are beautiful. But Seeing it in person there is no comparison or words that can describe how beautiful the place is. We can wait to come back next year.

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We have rented several beach houses over the years and this Kitchen was the most organized and very well appointed with everything you would need. My wife loves to cook and she was very impressed with everything that was provided. We enjoyed our time out on the deck, both rooftop and on the beach. The only negative was the fifteen page contract that should have been given to us to sign upon payment. It felt very threatening.
On all our previous rentals we always just put a deposit down. This property took the total payment when we reserved it.

Gorgeous Completely Covid Safe Getaway
This is such an amazing property, and Greg is so wonderful!!! The floor to ceiling windows were the highlight of the house and let you watch every sunset and sunrise, and you can stand inside the house and watch your kid and husband playing on the beach too. You are literally on the beach, and it is a super quiet beach. No one was around the whole time we were there! We just loved it. Ventilation in the house was amazing. So everything checks off for Covid. We also loved walking to the restaurants and activities. We took a boat ride and rented Surrey bikes too. So much fun without ever having to drive. The farmer's market was really great too. Perfect location! We would definitely stay again. Amazing hosts. Fantastic location. Terrific find.
