Nestled in Washington, this attractive condo for $215 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come rest and rejuvenate your soul in this cozy studio cottage, called SEA FOREVER GUEST HOUSE, tucked high up into the side of Buck Mountain. Breathe in the sparkling views of the Salish Sea, home of whales and other marine and bird life, from your own glider bench. On clear days, the snow topped Canadian and US Cascades, featuring Mt. Baker as the special guest star, will take your breath away. On summer nights, relax around a crackling fire in the outdoor fire pit or enjoy a glass of wine and a good book on a sunny day, soothed by the gentle sounds of the nearby brook, water fall and birds. On winter nights, warm your toes near the living room wood stove. Your host, whose home is nestled nearby but buffered from sight by dwarf pines, rhodies and roses, can answer your questions. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee grinder and maker, toaster oven, toaster and a selection of local herbal teas and coffee. The luxurious king bed with pillow top is appointed with a goose down comforter and ultra soft sheets while the bath offers thick, fluffy towels. Soak in the silence in this ultra quiet, forested setting, your only visitors the deer and a mated pair of eagles! Free wireless WiFi keeps you in touch with the outside world should this be your desire. Charming Eastsound, with many delightful restaurant choices and shops, is only a 10 minute drive, as are hiking trails and Moran State Park. Watch the sunrise over the mountains and the sailboats below right from the cozy comfort of your bed. Very dog friendly, but please know dogs may not be left in the cottage unsupervised. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip! We could not believe how quiet and peaceful this place was. Everything was perfect from the cozy bedding to the beautiful views. Was the perfect place to escape the rat race of reality called life!!! Excellent for resetting our souls!!

Absolutely LOVED our five night stay in this delightful cottage. It’s location on a hill overlooking the Salish Sea and its entire north wall of windows and glass doors, afforded us breath taking red sunrises in the morning and orange to red sunsets in the evening. Because of its quiet seclusion, we were able to sleep with both doors open to the evening breezes. The hosts, Linda and Brad, were very accommodating. All in all a 5 Star experience.

I was so happy to find this place when I booked my kid's time at Camp Orkila. They warmly welcomed my family, including our Great Danes. My only regret was having to leave early, esp. since the Northern Lights would have been amazing from their bench outside the fence last night. Maybe next time, we'll time it right. Property is on a beautiful hillside overlooking the water and Mt Baker. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for meals, although restaurants in the area were excellent. We were traveling with a dog and felt very welcome and glad we brought our pet with us. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful cottage and it was wonderful and only 10 minutes from Eastsound. Linda is a wonderful host who is knowledgeable of the local area and ready to provide suggestions and recommendations. Even with the house next door it felt secluded and comfortable. The listing pictures are very accurate. The bed was very comfortable and I usually have trouble with beds and my back. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, including local coffee and grinder to make fresh tasty coffee in the morning. Brad was quick to answer any maintenance issues, and Toby is just adorable. We simply loved our stay and if we return to Orcas in the future, we hope to stay there again. I highly recommend for any couple wishing to have a nice quiet get away on the island.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! We met Linda and Brad when we arrived, and they are very nice! We appreciate how nice the cottage is with such a great view! We were amazed by how beautiful the view was when we firstly arrived. The yard is very pretty and we got to enjoy the butterflies and the hummingbirds. It is conveniently located at the middle of the island and just 10 minutes from Eastsound, and it is very quiet. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this little cottage. The views of sunrises were gorgeous. Mount Baker stood proud and tall with sun rising behind it.
Cabin is also very well equipped and stocked for kitchen, linens, toiletries and books, board game etc. Hosts were kind and their dog, Toby stole my heart.
There is no TV in the cabin or a dishwasher, but it is mentioned in property description. We used our laptop to watch movies in the evening, by the fire.
The property is about 4 miles from the main town, so plan your groceries and meals accordingly.
Overall a wonderful experience, would love to stay here again.

We've been staying at Sea Forever annually for years, and it feels as much like home as any place possibly could. The hosts are wonderful, warm people who truly care about the comfort of their guests, and the quality of the accommodations they offer. Possibly one of the best views on the island, regularly updated linens, and very well supplied kitchen make this the best choice in the area.

The location is ideal with the front of the studio overlooking the ocean on Orcas Island. Being able to have our dogs with us as well was a plus, though it's good to know that owners also have a dog and that they are right next door to the rental unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this location to folks looking for a simple and relaxing get away.

Our stay at the studio guest house was wonderful. The space was clean and bright with beautiful views. The living space had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable.
If you are especially sensitive to light or sound when sleeping, remember to bring your eye mask and earplugs. Because the space is a studio there is light from the kitchen appliances and sound from the refrigerator turning on regularly. This ISN’T an issue for most people, just the normal kitchen stuff.

This cottage was perfect for a couple or solo traveler with a view of the sound that rivaled any place on the island. It was in a great location, fully equipped and even allowed dogs. We felt so lucky to have been able to stay at such a special place and our hosts were so gracious and kind. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Sea Forever is a wonderful place to stay. While on Orcas Island we visited all the places we thought we might stay.. In terms of view and privacy none came close to Sea Forever. It is clean and comfortable, and Linda and Brad are wonderful hosts.

The Sea Forever guest house was clean, comfortable, and we'll equipped. The view of the ocean and Mt. Baker was gorgeous. Linda and Brad were kind and welcoming. It's about 25 minutes from the ferry landing, and Linda provided excellent directions.

Cozy Cabin with Gorgeous Views
Brad and Linda's piece of paradise on Orcas Island was everything I had hoped for. Peace, tranquility, gorgeous views and a warm and cozy cottage for me and my pups.
The cottage was surprising easy to live in, comfortable bed and more than enough room for us.
The drive up the mountain took a little practice but was quite doable. My dog Ellie loved laying outside in the grass while I sat on the outdoor chair drinking coffee (local favor supplied by Linda) and just enjoying the serenity of being on top of the mountain. Linda's garden was beautiful with lavender and flowering plants visited by hummingbirds.
I would love to come back visit this special place again.
