About this house rental
You may safely enjoy our beautiful beach from this huge private, secluded deck and be confident this unit will be sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. Furnishing have been updated but these photos do not show the updated furniture. If you want to see all that our beautiful beach offers, this is the place for you. You will be vacationing on a beautiful sugar white sand beach with your own large private deck sitting right over the sand when you select 'By The Beautiful Sea' for your beachfront vacation. This one bedroom, 1 story ground floor town home is perfect for a private and peaceful get away for 2. Wonderful Honeymoon Location that has been enjoyed by many newlyweds.
The townhome is fronted by 300 feet of pristine beach with beautiful unobstructed views for miles. It is ideal for couples seeking a private and peaceful retreat.
The spacious private attached deck is furnished with a dining table with chairs, and 2 chaise lounges ' Extra beach seating and umbrella can be found in the closet. You can't get any closer to the shore than this charming Gulf front town home.
This is a GATED community. Couples enjoy the added privacy and quiet of being on the west end corner with no foot traffic passing by their windows or deck.
Two free reserved parking spaces are RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR DOOR for easy off-loading of luggage. A charcoal grill is located just a few yards from the front door.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. On site laundry facilities are in the same building.
Location is everything. Not only is this town home on the beach, it is in walking distance from Destin's premier shopping and dining area and Destin Commons Mall. Popular family attractions are close by.
The beach is not crowded because there are only 23 units in this one story complex. The guest population is small because all but one unit have one bedroom. There is plenty of room to spread out on the soft, cool, silky sand and build sandcastles. The sand is not hot under your feet and beach is free of the congestion and noise found on many beaches.
Capri is the best value for a direct beachfront condo or town home in Destin. For a romantic getaway, or vacation, come to Capri. You will love the beach and large private deck! We are located in Destin's most sought after beach location, Crystal Beach. No high rises here, just private homes, a few low rise condos and town homes.
Avoid stress, hassles and crowds of people associated with many vacation complexes in a unhurried atmosphere. Come and enjoy this peaceful place where you can unwind and refresh yourself. This spot is hard to beat! It's right on the beach with a large deck overlooking the white sandy beach and beautiful emerald green gulf water. It's close to everything, but still has a quiet feel. Wow! My husband and I celebrated our 32nd anniversary here and I plan on celebrating our next one here, too!

We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the deck, and it was lovely having a private beach a minute from our door! Everything was just as described. Check-in and check-out were both super easy, and being able to park right in front of our door was a big plus. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, private beach vacation.

The property is a perfect size for 2 people. The private deck is awesome.... (assuming the group in the large house 6 ft. away are considerate).... the king bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is fine. The kitchen is adequately stocked and parking right outside your door can't be beat! Mear steps to the sand and gulf (we forgot to count). The only thing I will wait for before booking this property again is new living room and kitchen furniture (I did let the owner know, I'm not just dropping this on her). The green couch is extremely uncomfortable and 'tired' and the brown chair is just as bad. Of the 2 kitchen chairs 1 is coming apart. The couple cold and windy days keeping us inside made for really sore hips..... but like I said, it's a great property.... it just needs some attention. Linda was always available and responsive.
