About this house rental

Sleeps 12. Beautiful rental. Less than a 1 mile walk to town or beach. Wrap around porch. Large bright living room, dining area with open kitchen includes granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. Central air. Washer/dryer in finished basement. All bedrooms have a full bathroom. Primary bedroom with private bathroom and balcony. Lower level bunk room sleeps 4 more with private full bathroom. All mattresses are highest quality. The home is welcoming and open in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood with stunning views over beautiful stone walls and lovely meadows. Outdoor shower, Gas grill, TV, WiFi. *Property manager occupied cottage on property.* Linens and towels provided

We had a great time. The house was in a great location and beautifully decorated. With two families the house was much bigger than we needed. There is plenty of room and ample bathrooms for everyone. The 4 kids enjoyed staying all together in one room downstairs. We loved the location, the large yard, and the responsiveness of the owner and property manager. Our stay would have been even better if there had been more beach chairs and sand or water toys. Thank you for having us!
