The cottage is bright and clean with new bathroom, carpet, flooring, paint and lighting. Off street parking with private entrance .Fully supplied galley kitchen with Keurig coffee + tea. Basic cable and internet / WIFI,A/C. Private outside area for grilling, relaxing and watching the sunsets.

Good location to the beach and nice little private outdoor spot to sun and grill. The unit is on the second floor (as advertised) however the stairs are steep (as are most older homes), but could be hard for anyone older or with bad knees or hips.

My niece and I stayed for 3 days and on the first night we started getting sore throats, we found out the air conditioners were filthy. My niece cleaned one in the livingroom. The next day my niece had coffee with the keurig and one if the k pods, my niece noticed some expired in 2022. There isnt a beach in front, dont know why it says beachfront cottage. Also the front area does not look like that in the picture. Its very small and the decor on the wood are rusted and the bush is very large. We made the best of our stay being it was for 3 days.
