Beautifully furnished and decorated apartment in the exclusive, upmarket Renfrew Park neighborhood in Easton's Point. Waterviews, Central Air, 2 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, sink and Keurig coffee maker, shower room, living room, parking. 1 minute walk to Easton's Beach, World Famous Flo's Clamshack, Atlantic Beach Club, Tickets Bar and Grill, Aquidneck Pizza, Cumberland Farms, liquor store, live music and merry go round on 1st beach. Includes outdoor shower for after swimming, 5 minute walk to Sachuest Beach, 1 mile from downtown Newport.

Deb was awesome! Excellent communication about the apt and throughout the stay. Perfect location - close to Newport. We walked to the Cliff Walk and downtown to dinner. Very quiet location. Highly recommend!

This is a great location, great owner and a very cute apartment. Super clean. The owner was very responsive both before and during but we are over 70. The stairs are very narrow and there are three flights; the owner provided help getting our luggage up the stairs which was great. The carpet (short shag), although clean, must have triggered my allergies, because I got an immediate headache (normal when I have an allergic reaction) so we had to make other plans. I can see younger people or families staying here and having a great time. It is so close to everything in Newport. It just wasn't the right place for us this trip.
