The Owls Nest is conveniently located right above Bond Park and the heart of downtown Estes Park. 1336 square foot house with a 350 square foot deck that overlooks the Stanley hotel , Lumpy mountain range and a partial view of lake Estes. Great viewing spot for the July 4th fireworks. Living room has great views Of Lumpy Range, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen are all located on the main floor. Main floor also has a bathroom with a shower, queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two twin beds. The main suite is upstairs and has been updated and is now completely private! No more partial loft. The main suite has a full bathroom walk-in closet and a good view of the Stanley Hotel and the Lumpy Ridge. We have a full size washer / dryer. the best WIFI Estes Park has to offer, and Four Smart TV's one in each bedroom and one located in the living room. Wildlife is abundant. You are close to town and within walking distance to shopping, the Aerial Tramway, Fun city with miniature golf , slides, bumper boats and race cars. Fantastic location warm and cozy home. Clean, decorated classic contemporary. Personal attention to detail for your comfort , convenience, and your enjoyment. Wonderful outdoor space and private backyard with a grill. If you like golf, Estes Park Golf course was recently rated #6 in the United States for beautiful courses in the Golf Book of lists.

Great location and the home will have everything that you need. Just a short walk down to downtown or just hang back in the living room and look at the mountains or the deer that frequent the area. Just such a cool and comfortable place. We can’t wait to come back!

This house is so cute and comfortable. We didn’t cook since we were in town for a wedding, but it would’ve been easy to do so. It was super to be able to walk to the shopping area, and the patio table on the front deck was a favorite spot. Thank you for sharing your cute place!

A well-equipped and cozy home with many luxury touches. Susan was a wonderful, communicative host. Recently remodeled interior spaces and nicely done. The front deck is a beautiful morning coffee spot overlooking the foothills. Walking distance to downtown, many shops and restaurants/bars. Thank you for sharing your Estes Park home with us!

It was a great place, and very easy to check in. We enjoyed the rooms. The kitchen was well set up. It had plenty of spices and all that we could use to cook with. There’s a cute bunny in the front yard. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to art festival, restaurants, & shops. We were able to drive to RMNP easily too. Very clean & the kitchen was well equipped The 2 downstairs bedrooms are small but adequate for a vacation rental. Downstairs bath is located away from bedrooms but it wasn’t a problem. Upstairs bedroom is large. I would stay there again.

My family has stayed at many rental homes over many trips. This home is one of the best outfitted we have experienced! Great kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms...and lots of supplies to make things easy. The location is fantastic—easy walk into town so we didn't need to deal with parking, and a short distance to the park. Gorgeous views of the mountains and the Stanley Hotel as well, plus the neighborhood is peaceful. Loved it!

The property was beautiful and I immediately felt at home! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and blankets were in abundance! Our family loves comfy blankets so that was a major plus! The views were gorgeous and the property was so clean! The owner was very easy to communicate with and was ready to help if we needed anything. Estes Park was an amazing trip and we will definitely be going back! I will always book The Owl’s Nest because it was the perfect place for us!

This home is wonderful in every way, and is a perfect place to stay in Estes. The location is awesome (although the hill leading to it is pretty steep for walking and biking), it was clean and well equipped and spacious enough for 4 adults. The deck on the front of the house was our favorite place to sit and enjoy the view. Highly recommend.

Great house walking distance to main street Estes Park. Easy to shop and eat-out on main street without the worry of parking. Grocery store only 2 minutes away. Excellent kitchen and gas grill out back make eating in easy too. Entrance to RMNP only about 10 minutes away -- make sure you understand how the park reservation system works, and get reservations for when you want to visit. We were there on July Forth, and had a good view of the fireworks over Estes Lake from the front porch. Description of the house and locale is accurate. We would certainly stay again!

We loved having this as our home base for adventures into Rocky Mountain National Park. It was well equipped, spacious for the 6 of us staying there plus room for our other family staying in the area to have meals and hang out in the open kitchen/living room or out on the deck. It was a very quiet neighborhood with elk wandering down the street in the evening, yet walkable to downtown restaurants and shops.
