Nestled in Estes Park, this charming condo for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Registration number 6007. TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: if you are interested in booking and experience a problem and message that directs you to try again later please stop trying . You can call to discuss with vrbo but so far its been several weeks and no solution from them. I have a couple alternatives to book AND CAN SAVE YOU SOME MONEY TOO. You can call or text 303 949-9762. This absolutely beautiful and spacious condo was completed in June 2008 and Remodeled in Feb 2020 and is located on the River in the heart of downtown Estes Park. Don't try to squeeze your family into 600 or 700 SQ FT. This quiet building has only a few residences with businesses below. New hickory floor, new sectional couch and decor in Feb 2020. Brand new mattress in master as of October 2019. There is a coffeehouse, an art gallery, an antique store and others just downstairs while there are several restaurants and additional shopping all within walking distance. The visitor center with FREE shuttles to RMNP is a short walk. The shuttle bus will allow you to avoid the hassles of trying to find a place to park. You will also enjoy easy access to Lake Estes, bike trails and shopping also all within easy walking distance which means after you place the town provided parking pass in your car you can just leave it sit for several days if you wish. Condo has wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains and the deck overlooks the Big Thompson river below. At 1400 Sq Ft you wont be squeezed in like in so many of the other Estes Park condo or cabin properties. Get more for your money! You can fish, bike, or run the trails literally right outside the door. All new comfortable furniture, fireplace. high definition 42' flat screen TV, Air Conditioning and in unit laundry make relaxing in the condo easy after a day of exploring the Mountains. This is THE NICEST condo in downtown Estes Park. You will love staying here but don't take my word on that read the reviews. If staying cool is important you will find that there are not many units in Estes with A/C and while its not used for much of the year, between June and early Sept it is appreciated. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier. UPDATE 3/31/24: Beware of construction in areas of downtown near the loop. You can stay here with us and never worry about construction noise, dirty and dust or access challenges due to the downturn loop currently underway. If you are considering downtown, even if you don’t stay with us, I suggest you look into the location of the place you are considering and see if it is within the loop construction project prior to booking. If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.

Great location. Parking was convenient with the parking pass. Everything about the unit was as listed. WiFi was spotty as described but we used our hot spot without issue. Very well stocked from the kitchen to the bath with hand soap, paper products (including Kleenex), and shampoo. Bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay her again! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Our trip to Estes was so nice, perfect location! The condo was spacious and comfortable after long days outdoors and very clean and stocked up with essentials. Also the balcony was so peaceful to sit and have coffee early mornings and listen to the peaceful sounds of the stream and enjoyed watching the elk roam the sidewalk area and the hill several days! We will be back!

Property has a fantasyic location to downtown shops and restaurants without ever having to mess with driving. Easy parking across in the lot. Even walked to farmers market and the lake. Easy access to RMNP entrances. Comfy bed and peacful sound of river out the balcony. Only complaint is that the couch is pretty uncomfy although we werent on it much due to all the activities. Might consider a quest book where people could leave their thoughts, memories and recomendations. Will definitely refer friends and family to this location and stay !

We came to Estes for the Ducky Derby. This location was PERFECT to walk pretty much anywhere. The balcony was overlooking the river and several times a day we could see the Elk grazing across the river. It became my kids’ favorite thing to do in the morning and night.

We had a fabulous time in Estes and staying at this Loft was perfect.
We came for the glow parade and we couldn't have asked for a better location. This loft had everything we needed including extra dishes, extra pillows etc. So close to everything, parking was easy to get in and out of even with the big crowds that came for the parade. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Loved everything about it. One of our best VRBO stays.

The condo was perfect. Right in town with a deck that overlooked the river walk, it was a perfect place for my friends and I to catch up. Updated and well appointed, had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Great living space. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, even for my friend who was unfortunately on crutches. Short drive to the entrance of RMNP. I’m hoping to come back with my family!

This was our first time using VRBO and we were all very happy. The place was clean and well kept. Has all the accommodations of home. We had plenty of room for our family. Normally, we would stay in a hotel room or purchase two hotel rooms.. I’m so glad we rented this place, everyone was very pleased.. So much room, not being on top of one another and you can’t beat the price. It would’ve cost same or actually more if we stayed at a hotel room. It was such an easy process and stress free, which is always a plus. Highly recommended! Thank You Andy and Jennie!

This property was PERFECT for our visit to Estes Park!!
My husband and I stayed in this property 11/5/21 - 11/8/21. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was just perfect for us!! I am completely convinced that we could not have found a better location to stay.
The owner did a great job of explaining where the property was, where to park and how to get in the building. We had no issues whatsoever.
We sat on the back deck, soaked up the sun (as the weather was beautiful!) and enjoyed the beautiful little stream right outside our back door.
The kitchen has everything you might need if you decide to stay in and cook or there are many wonderful restaurants all within walking distance, if you decide (like we did) that you are on vacation and don't want to cook. :) Lots of great shopping all within walking distance and when you get tired, go back to the condo, rest up and go again.
We even had a little down time and watched a couple of movies. You have access to several movie streaming options. . .which was wonderful!
We took a short drive and did some hiking at Lumpy Ridge and Gem Lake. We are NOT experienced hikers so these were perfect for us.
I cannot say enough good things about this property. If you are planning a visit to the Estes Park area, you need to stay here!!

This condo is in the perfect location with beautiful Mountain views and right on the riverfront. I definitely recommend this condo and it was very clean and spacious. Lots of great places to eat and easy access to shopping. My husband and I hope to visit again and we will definitely stay here again! The parking was perfect! We were impressed with this condo. Loved it!

Incredible condo!
My husband and I visited Estes Park, CO for the first time this April (2021) and found that our condo was the absolute PERFECT location. The check-in process was so smooth and easy. The directions from the property owner were perfect and very easy. The property itself was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the gas fireplace! The location couldn't have been any better. The balcony off the back was so peaceful - the stream running behind us and being able to look up into the mountainside was exactly what we were hoping for. Easily able to walk to numerous restaurants and shops. It truly felt like home for the time that we were there. I can't recommend this property enough - we will most definitely be back!
