Just 12 miles southeast of Phoenix, sister cities such as Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and Chandler are minutes away via quick freeway access to 101, 202, I-10 and I-60 for connections north, south, east, and west. The expansive master bedroom with king size bed is adjacent to an oversized bathroom including his and hers sinks. Also included is a large Jacuzzi tub along with a large walk in shower and closet. Two additional bedrooms with an oversized den with sleeper sofa offer comfortable accommodations for 6 more. The great room floor plan offers a large living area, a gourmet kitchen with island, and, a formal dining area that opens out to a covered patio with inviting play pool. The pool is heated at 85 degrees, skin friendly and there is no extra cost! The patio offers casual dining with BBQ grill, and the balcony above has seating for 8 and offers spectacular sunset views and of the lake. A complete chefs kitchen, great fire pit, heated swimming pool, bikes, boats and the best hosts! Spent Thanksgiving week here and wanted to make Thanksgiving dinner - woowzer! Everything I needed, felt completely at home. Would def recommend!!

This was our second stay, first was August 2021, and we came back because we enjoyed it so much. Staying here feels like staying with a relative that has welcomed us into their home while they are away. On this stay, we had some problems with the pool and this is where we got to interact with the owners and can say that they were fantastic. They responded to the issue very quickly, actually listened and understood the issues and worked with us, to include having people over to make repairs on the day before Thanksgiving. They bent over backwards to do everything that they could. We were very impressed and appreciative. Things happen in life, mechanical things break, but if everyone treated their customers the way Rennae and Fred did, the world would be a much better place.
I rarely leave online reviews, but my experience working with them was so great and atypical in the world today, that I wanted to share. Things don't always go according to plan and it's how people react to it that matters to me and the feedback I value. I couldn't have asked for anything more and highly recommend the owners and property.

Perfect vacation getaway for the family.
This house was simply amazing. The owners had everything covered and a delight to work with. The house had plenty of room and all the amenities you can ever want from a vacation home in AZ. We brought my parents along as this was their first experience in a VRBO home. Let’s just say that the bar is now set extremely high. The house featured an open floor plan which allowed our family to enjoy each other while cooking and playing games. There was ample room for the chef of the family (mom) to do her magic. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need including double ovens. The salt water pool was absolutely perfect and easier on our skin than your traditional chlorine pools. The backyard provided several different seating areas to enjoy coffee in the morning, beer in the afternoon or wine in the evening. They had bikes and kayaks along with fishing poles and other fun activities for us to enjoy. The highlight for the kids was getting to feed the baby ducks in the lake out back. Overall the best vacation home we have stayed at. We definitely recommend and will be planning to return in the near future.

We travel a lot and know what to expect in VRBO's. This home is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Upon booking, Fred and Rennae provide a room by room list of every detail. The house (or destination) is spacious, well stocked, clean, and beautiful. The pool area and view of the lake will exceed your expectations. The pool was warm and the air just perfect. There is not one thing to complain about!! We hope to return again this year. Thanks to our hosts for a great VRBO visit.

What a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. It had absolutely everything we needed for a low key vacation of laying by the pool and eating at the home. Access to the house was very easy, close to the airport and key code entry.

Was a nice stay. Spent most of our days in the pool. Paddled the lake in the morning. Hosts were very accommoderating and responded quickly to questions we had. House was nice and had everything we needed. Lots of good resteraunts close by. Will stat again.

Sandpiper house
Pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice it is bigger than the pictures depict. The pool was clean and clear. Great outdoor furniture for sun or shade. Our flight was early and property owner let us in early on our first day. Can’t say enough good things!!!
