Located in Gilbert, this attractive house for $359 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome To Your Relaxing & Cozy Vacation Home In Sunny Arizona! This home is a beautifully furnished 5 bdrm 3 bath house, nestled between two parks inside the award winning community of Power Ranch. It feels like home the moment you enter! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with an attached living room for relaxing or enjoying your favorite TV shows. The master bedroom is very open, featuring a TV and California king bed. Attached bathroom has a garden tub, shower and walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms are equipt with pillow-top queen beds and the final bedroom has two twin sized beds. Upon walking down the stairs you will find a phenomenal X-Large basement with all the bells and whistles, perfect for entertaining or a place for the kids to spend hours on end. It is fully stocked with an over sized sectional couch, 70" HDTV, pool table, Ping-Pong table, large game table and small kids room with various board games to choose from. This is the place to enjoy a variety of games or relax and watch a movie with the entire family! Now for the backyard... You will LOVE this backyard! It is your own private oasis, complete with a large covered bar area with plenty of seating for entertaining, BBQ's, or just relaxing and enjoying the sunset. This area has a built in natural gas BBQ, mini fridge, ice cooler and bar-top seating for 6. There is also a large covered patio area with a huge couch and chairs which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying drinks or food by the pool while listening to music or the sound of the waterfall. The large pebble-tec pool is great for the kids to play in, pool volleyball, or even to swim laps. Inside the pool is a built in swim-up-table with a bench for quick access to drinks and snacks while enjoying the water. The entry to the pool boasts a large lounge shelve to sit and relax on also. You can also relax in the large hot tub or go fireside by the outdoor gas fire-pit with plenty of seating for all! The Power Ranch master community also has plenty of bike/walking trails, parks, catch and release lakes, playgrounds, tennis courts, volleyball courts, soccer, two community pools ( heated in the winter), and a splash pad for kids. The house is located just blocks away from the Power Ranch Barn which hosts many events such as weddings, birthday parties, celebrations, business events, seminars, and classes from yoga to painting. Wednesday night's be sure to take a walk down the block when the food trucks roll into the Barn area which is great fun for the family to try all sorts of food and deserts. The Waffle Truck is one of the kids favorite! This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. House includes wireless and wired internet, printer, cable TV, DVD player and full size washer and dryer. The home is located about 7 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport or about 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport so you can start enjoying your vacation right away. The home has easy access to great shopping malls, hiking, biking, multiple golf courses, parks, restaurants and just minutes from the freeway. There are so many huge events to come out and see such as the Waste Management Open, Barrette Jackson Auto Show, Spring Training Baseball, Rodeo's, College and Professional Football Games, and many more. The house is also located within minutes of the ASU East campus, San Tan Mountains, and the Gilbert Temple.

The House is Just Perfect! This was our 2nd time booking this rental & I'm sure we'll be back again! My family stayed for Thanksgiving week & we had the best time. The house was clean & welcoming for our large family. There is plenty of space & it is so comfortable. We all enjoyed playing ping ping & the pool/jacuzzi was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals & there was plenty of seating for us all. Scott was very communicative

The home was great overall with 3 upstairs rooms and 2 downstairs. The kitchen and living room are adequate with a nice backyard for medium size gatherings, 10-20.
The jacuzzi had an issue that the owner figured out on the last day, should be fine now.
The parking is good if you use the 2 car garage. Otherwise the driveway is limited to 2 cars max and it's short with no overnight street parking. The ac worked fantastically with 2 separate zones.
The laundry room is great as is the pantry, fridge and dining room table. The coffee bar is more than sufficient and with three bathrooms, almost any size group should be good.

We have stayed at this property 7 years ago. It was great so we booked again. Our stay in AZ was great. The pool was great as well. As for the home, most everything was old and not very clean at all. Chairs were left out at the pool that should have been thrown out. Most all furniture was damaged. Covers that did not fit covered up the down stairs couches. When the covers pulled off, it revealed a scratched up leather couch that once was nice. Chairs were wobbly and tables were scratched up.
Shower drained were clogged so stood in a few inches of water when showering.
Towels bedding etc… were worn out. Basically nothing was changed updated or replaced if damaged in the seven years since we last stayed. The cleanliness of the home was sub par. Definitely not professionally cleaned.
The outside cooking area was dirty as well.
The overall stay was okay. I would not stay at this property again unless it was cleaned up and damaged things updated.

This property was truly amazing! It was our first time renting a property like this and Scott made the process so simple and smooth. I have never seen my kids so happy as to enjoy an amazing backyard and pool area. It truly is an oasis. We will most definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. We stayed for a week and the house had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. The backyard was beautiful and the pool was super fun for the kids. Communication with the owner was above and beyond what I could have asked for. Scott was super fast with responses to my questions. I would highly recommend this house for families traveling to the Phoenix area. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was super family friendly with a little park right down the street. It also had a cute pond and club house that was great for walking. Overall we had a great time.

Our stay was overall a good one. The house was perfectly suitable space wise and amenities for my family. The only suggestions that could improve the house are 1. Defrost and clean the freezer. It was frozen shut and when opened ice fell out. 2. The sofas in living room upstairs had a lot of food crumbs under the cushions that needed to be sweeper up. Cleaning crew may have overlooked it. 3. Lighting in the living/kitchen area could be improved as it was somewhat dark. 4. It was noticeable that the dining table was well used as it had many scratches 5. More coffee mugs and small plates would have been helpful, otherwise kitchen was good. The outdoor area and game room was wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We shared this house with 2 other adults, their 2 sons in their 20s, and our 2 teenage sons. The downstairs with ping pong and pool table were used practically non-stop. The big TV was set up with the PlayStation they had brought and it was perfect. They raved about the huge couch setup.
Us parents enjoyed the upstairs with good seating for 4 along with great kitchen setup. The pool is the best we've experienced so far in size and layout (waterfall and spray). We jogged around the neighborhood which is full of connecting paths and had access to the lap pool.
The owner was responsive when we had trouble opening the lockbox (error on our side). The only item lacking was looks like some silverware is missing (only 7 forks) and found a water bottle under the bed in the master room. Minor items that certainly do not take away from the location and enjoyment of this house.

This is a near-perfect rental for our large family! I was there with five of my children plus my brother. The downstairs living/game area with two bedrooms was great for my brother and teenage son. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the pool was sparkling.

Great property, pool and spa were awesome. Layout of house for family was terrific. Working with property owner was very efficient and easy.
The pool table and ping-pong table were great entertainment for the kids.
Only slight negative was that there was a need for some minor repairs but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again.

Owner was great to work with, super responsive and helpful. My recommendation to him is to invest in better cleaning services and this property could easily go from a 4 star to a 5 star overall.

We stayed here for Christmas. After lots of fun with the little ones, this place was the perfect place to go home to. The pool, hot tub, and basement made it an extremely fun place to stay. Hopefully, it’s available in the spring when we go back

We had an amazing time in Arizona for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our family of 6 and Nana. My kids enjoyed the backyard and basement activities. We were close to family and all the fun things Phoenix had to offer. I had a little troubles figuring out the hot tub and the host responded immediately and walked me through my struggle! I would definitely reserve again!
