Located in Leavenworth, this attractive condo for $150 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Cleaned by a certified staff. We would like to welcome you to our Alpine Village condo. Whether you are coming for the sun or snow we hope you find your trip fun and relaxing. The condo is the perfect place for couples and small families to call home. We have made every attempt to provide you with the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The master suite has a queen size bed with all the needed linens. The master suite has its own bathroom with stand-up shower. Towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer provide are available for your use. The second bedroom has two twin beds with all the needed linens. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower; towels, soap and shampoo are provided here as well. The living room is equipped with sleeper sofa and love seat. A TV with streaming media player and Blu-ray player are provided; we do not have cable TV but you are welcome to log-in to your streaming services. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils, toaster and coffee pot. The dining area has a counter with three stools along with a table that seats four. Two folding chairs are also available if needed. A washer and dryer are in the unit for use by guests. The condo is a ground floor unit and has a dedicated, covered parking space. Kids love the ease at which they can access the yard through the back door. Parents will love the relaxing patio with outdoor seating. The condo is less than a mile from the heart of downtown Leavenworth and is an easy walk for those that want the exercise.

Such a wonderful place to spend Christmas! The condo had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great place for kids and quick access to a playground, park, sledding hill, along with a beautiful walking trail nearby that lead directly in to town!

Condo is equip with all the kitchen items you could need along with ample bedding and pillow options. The location is great and very easy to access. Our daughter has cerebral palsy, so the location was very accessible with her walker. The only downfall, which was mentioned by many, is the beds and couches being so hard. When we came back to the condo for the evening, there really wasn’t anywhere comfortable to curl up and relax. While the idea of the futon couches is great for extra sleeping space, they are so hard that not even my kids wanted to sleep on them. We would definitely consider staying here again if the bed and couch situation was addressed. After a day out in the cold, a cozy space to snuggle up would be great. The queen bed felt like we were sleeping on plywood, so maybe a nice thick mattress topper would help. This condo has so many pros to include location, accessibility, and price. Thank you so much! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The location was great. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The unit had great supplies-except Kleenex. The beds were very comfortable. It had a nice ambience. We are hoping to stay there again next year.

Great property with a convenient location. The kitchen was great and comfortable space overall. Not directly on the golf course but a great Mountain View right outside on the patio. We really annoyed our stay and would return to the property.

We stayed 8 nights in July. The condo is very well equipped and clean. We hiked, walked into town and did the roller coaster across the street. I highly recommend this property. The host is flexible, accommodating, responsive. The location is great for walking and within about 20 minutes of multiple trailheads. The golf course is nearby too.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The bed in the master bedroom was stuff but not horrible and we managed. The couches are futons not displayed in the actual listing and not something you can sleep on. They are hard as a rock but they are okay for just sitting. The property was in a good location, cozy and a perfect lil air b and b for our family.

The condo is in a great location with a short walk to town. Very quiet neighborhood at night made for good sleep. Furnishings are nice and new. Very cute decor. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. Brian is extremely responsive and accommodating which was most appreciated. We would definitely stay there again. We had a fantastic weekend!

We had a great time at Brian's property. The location was nice and quiet; a short 10 minute walk into town. Will be a great spot once the new adventure park opens which is literally right across the street. The condo worked great for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy and reasonable. Would gladly return and stay again!

Nice place for a girls weekend! Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Would have been nice to have hot tub access, but it’s a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Nice and clean.
