This gorgeous home has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, with 3 king, 2 queens, four twin beds and a private pool. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Both bedrooms have King size beds. There is also a common area on the first floor with two twin beds and another twin bed with trundle. The second floor has 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed. The third floor has 2 primary suites, the first with a Queen and the second with a King that offers ocean views and a truly luxurious bathroom with a large soaking tub!. It also offers a spacious, open living room and a beautiful dining room that seats 10. The fully stocked kitchen is also on this floor. We didn’t have hot water until next day. Maintenance came first thing next morning. Very courteous. Explained it is an “on demand” (not water heater) system. Everyone felt we wasted a lot of water waiting for usable heated water. Bathroom sink (right facing upon entry) does not drain well. Overall, a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Overall space in the house was as expected and clean. Plenty of seating and multiple levels for entertainment. However access to the pool through a bedroom was strange while other guests had to deal with going out through the front, down stairs, and around the side of the house. The yard was not maintained and dirty toys thrown under stairs where the hose is. No shade over picnic table and grill area. We paid a premium price for this house because of the pool. The pool turned green and not usable during our 4 day stay. We reported the green pool but got no response. A partial credit towards our next rental should be applied. The dryer took a long time to dry the oven had a burning plastic smell.

We were very happy with the layout of the house for multiple families as it provided enough space to have private areas and the common area on the second floor for meals. The kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and ready for our visit. This house's location to access road 1A makes heading to and from the beach easy which helped us enjoy our vacation.

Great house! Beautifully decorated and good location. Not enough places to put trash but that may be a city issue. We had a great time despite the bum weather. A ping pong table or something like that would be a great addition

the amenities were not accurate. you should bring paper goods, toliet paper, paper towels, napkinsdish water liquid (the dish washer was broken and could not be fixed during my stay b/c the parts were not avalable thus I had to wash the dishes). bath wash and soap. I had to go out and purchase all these things. If I had been told to do so it would have have been a lot easier.

The house was well equipped for a big Thanksgiving dinner. Had a little dishwasher problem and they were right on and got it corrected. Fit all our need. Weather could have been a little warmer, but I think that’s out of their control. Would recommend renting!!

The on-line pictures from the website do not do this home justice. The rooms are huge, and there is a ton of natural light everywhere.
We had a group of 12 - three couples, two single adults and four children. Each couple had their own master with ensuite, so there was no arguing about who got the best room. The kids had plenty to do at the house, between the dedicated play area downstairs to the sparkling pool.
Loved the beautiful kitchen, the wonderful appliances, and all of the many, comfortable decks.
Nothing was more than a 5 minute drive by car or golfcart - beach, convenience store, bar, restaurant - you name it!
The beds were extremely comfortable, and each room was decorated like a magazine.
Would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this beach house. It accommodated our entire group comfortably with their own room and restroom. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here and it was perfect! Distance to the beach wasn't far at all, maybe about a 10 min walk and even less in a golf cart. Having a private pool and BBQ pit was nice as well. Overall, we were all very satisfied with this rental and would 100% recommend to others and stay here again.

We love this property, it's the third time we are staying here. There is a boardwalk to the beach, but beware, there are lots of steep stair inclines, but I love the exercise. It's a little hard with small kids. We do get golf carts, and the access to the beach is just around the corner. There are 5 bedrooms and additional beds in the common area on the bottom floor--plenty of space for my large family. If I could offer 2 suggestions they would be: 1. Add a broom for our use, and 2. Have the pool cleaned a little more frequently. There was a lot of tree debris falling so an additional cleaning was needed.

This beach house was wonderful! The bedrooms were all tucked away from the large family room/kitchen, the large dining and kitchen comfortably accommodated all 10 of us at the same time and the location was a short walk to the beach, if the pool was heated, I would never leave!

We rented this beautiful home after searching for a week straight and let me tell you it DID NOT disappoint. We had 11 women stay in this home and there was not one complaint and thats saying a lot ! Very clean and modern, had all utensils we needed to cook and beds were so comfy! I would recommend this home and renter a hundred times over ! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home ! Only thing negative was the trash cans were full so we felt horrible leaving trash on the porch.

This is a beautiful house located right next to the beach. You have the option to walk to the beach which is about a 8-10min walk. Or drive to the beach. The beach entrance when driving is also right next to this house.
