Summary: Brand new 3 story home at Village Walk with private pool, 180 degree gulf views and elevator! Boasting 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeping up to 14, this home is the perfect place to take your large group for a luxurious stay. Stays during the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) have a 3 night minimum. Please note that rates include hotel occupancy tax. City of Port Aransas STR# 377704 The Space: This delightful 3 story home in Village Walk has everything you could want in your stay at Port A. Boasting 4 fully private bedrooms, a shared space with 2 queen beds and 3.5 baths, this house can comfortably sleep up to 14 people. The Brew Lagoon is the perfect place to take your large group or families for a luxurious stay at the beach. Showcasing a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the furnished roof-top deck, the Brew Lagoon also includes: -A PRIVATE pool -An elevator -Wireless internet -Cable TV in each room -Washer and Dryer -Balconies on each level -Heated community pool (winter only) The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king sized bed, bathroom and private balcony. The second floor has two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with two sets of twin bunk beds. The first floor was updated in March 2019 and now has one fully private bedroom and one bedroom with curtains that can be pulled closed for privacy. The ground floor includes a full bath and mini kitchen with microwave, mini fridge and sink. This floor also has the ability to be secured from the rest of the house. Two rollaway beds are stowed in the master closet and can be set as needed. This home features wood floors throughout on the second floor and third floors. A large dining area and fully equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all other essentials make dining in a delight. The great room is a wonderful place to gather and relax. PER VILLAGE WALK: Village Walk does not have direct beach access however the beach is a short golf cart ride away. No boat or trailer parking is allowed in any part of the neighborhood. A maximum of 5 vehicles are allowed at this property. This is based on a standard sized vehicle. Large trucks and SUV's may reduce the ability to park 5 vehicles. A trailer parking lot is conveniently located on Beach Access 1-A and can be paid through On the Beach RV Park. Village Walk also has two community pools. WINTER TEXAN RATE. November 1-March 1 at $3000 monthly + fees. Guest Access: A maximum of 5 vehicles are allowed at this property. This is based on a standard sized vehicle. Large trucks and SUV's may reduce the ability to park 5 vehicles. Note that one side of the garage is reserved exclusively for owner use unless you have a 5th vehicle. If you have a 5th vehicle, please let us know and we will unlock the 2nd garage so you are able to utilize it during your stay. No boat or trailer parking is allowed in any part of the neighborhood. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy. INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - to abide by our rental terms and conditions. - to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay. -The age requirement is 25 years or older to reserve a property. SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING In the house, we provide a detailed guest book, including some of our favorite things to do around Port Aransas. Thank you! Interaction with Guests: This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday. This house was Awesome and accommodated our 3 families with 5 children. Having our own private pool in the back was an extra, special plus. The third floor for meals and TV/Games was an extra special place we could all gather together. The adults especially liked the roof top views at night.

Cute house and seemed clean as far as bedding, kitchen, fridge, & dusting goes. The floors were pretty dirty and could’ve used a thorough mopping. There was also trash (bottle caps & dried up lime wedges) in some of the outside areas. Water condensation would occasionally drip from the chandelier over the kitchen table and there was way too much chlorine in the pool on our first full day there.

We loved our stay. The house was well stocked and was perfectly decorated for a beachy feel. Our grandchildren loved the pool and bunk room. We loved spending time on the decks with the beautiful view.
