Located in Crested Butte, this lovely house for $800 per night is a great option for your next trip. Summary: Beautiful 5 bedroom home on the West End in Crested Butte! The Space: THIS PROPERTY IS ON THE MARKET AND ALREADY HAS SHOWINGS SCHEDULED. BECAUSE OF THAT, THE RATES HAVE BEEN GREATLY REDUCED. ALL GUESTS WILL HAVE TO HONOR SHOWINGS. GUESTS DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR SHOWINGS. This is one of the most amazing homes in the Crested Butte rental market. Located on the end of a very quiet street on the coveted West End of town, this home is meticulously cared for and rented minimally. It is a luxury home with amazing views, wood burning fireplace and an easy stroll to downtown and the free shuttle. With 5 bedrooms, 4 stories, and 3800 square feet of luxury living, you can't find a nicer home to spend your vacation! Walk right out the front door and start your adventure whether its biking, hiking, skiing or just wandering the streets of historic Crested Butte. This property is currently for sale and can only be reserved 30 days in advance. The nightly rate has been reduced to compensate for any inconvenience you may experience by having a showing during your stay. Showings require 24 hour notice and will not occur before 10am. Your booking will be honored-that is why there is only a 30 day booking window. The main floor of the house hosts the living room, dining, and gourmet kitchen that will delight any chef. This floor has an open feel to it that allows even the cook to be a part of the conversation and activity going on around them. The large dining area with additional bar seating offers a wonderful place for large gatherings and family dinners. A wood burning fireplace in the living area creates a comfortable place to warm up after a day spent in the mountains. There is also an office on the main floor where you can find a bit of privacy to get a bit of work done or just to find a quiet refuge. A large deck with outdoor dining and a grill are just off the kitchen area. The deck overlooks the fenced in yard. Views abound from here as you look out to the Paradise Divide and the Slate River valley. Also accessible from this level is the hot tub. On the lower level of the house (patio level) you will find 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and 1 with 2 twins) and 2 full baths complemented by a spacious and bright living room. The large media room has comfortable couches, flat screen TV, games, toys and puzzles. On the 3rd floor you will find the master suite with a king sized bed, private deck and full bathroom. Enjoy a nice soak in the large tub or a steam shower. Also on this level you will find the jr. master suite with a queen bed and full bathroom. On the 4th floor of the house, there is a bedroom with a full bed. There is a garage on the property for additional gear storage. The owners may keep a car in the garage so there is no parking there. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. There is no doubt you will enjoy this one-of-a-kind home! Renters must be 30 years or older to rent this home. Children with their parents or guardians are always welcome. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind. Town of Crested Butte vacation rental license # 001008 Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email. Guest Access: Check-in instructions to include lockbox codes will be sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival from Alpine Property Management. When you sign our rental policy upon booking you will be asked to confirm whether you would like this information sent by email or by text or both. We would suggest that you check both options. The Neighborhood: The west side of Crested Butte is quiet and has great trail access for hiking, mountain biking and nordic skiing. You can easily stroll shops, restaurants and the Sunday Farmer's Market on Elk Avenue. Getting Around: You don't have to have a car, but it is handy.

wonderful location, home, and process

There were eight of us and we all live and work full time in Telluride and so this was a fun getaway from our own ski resort town. The house was awesome and super convenient to everything we wanted to do. We made just about every meal at the house and didn't leave that much (except to ski) as it was very comfortable and accomodating for all of us. I would definitley stay here again and highly recommend it!

Phenomenal Teocalli Gem
Wow. Shay at Alpine Management went above and beyond in every aspect to make our Family Christmas Perfection in Crested Butte!!! This home is absolutely phenomenal, the grand fireplace was the center of attention for all of our family time together. Christmas will be cherished for all that Teocalli Gem brought this family. Great Stay at Teocalli Gem
This property had some mishaps while we were there but it also dumped like 4 feet during our stay so it was bound to happen! Other than that it was the PERFECT house for our big group of 12 adults and 4 kids! It's usually hard for us to find a place where we don't feel on top of each other but this place was great!

Wonderful home, ideal location
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great property. The house is private yet close to town and hiking trails. It has beautiful views and is comfortable and well kept. The yard and gardens were a delight. My only suggestion would be to add blinds to the western windows in the kitchen. The late afternoon sun was blinding. Also the master bedroom was really bright and blackout shades would be welcome. All else was fantastic and we would stay again without question.

We went to CB with another family for the 4th year in a row and this by far was the best home we have rented. Everything was lovely, in pristine working order and very comfortable. The fireplace was incredible and was constantly burning. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing and beautiful CB vacation!

Perfect location, perfect CB Home
We enjoyed an amazing 2 weeks at this home with our extended family to celebrate not only a milestone birthday, but also a 50th wedding anniversary. The home felt comfortable and spacious plus the outdoor patio was the perfect backdrop to our family time. Thank you for sharing a piece of your heaven with us. We hope to return again.

Gorgeous home!
Highly recommend this home. Beautifully constructed from what look to be reclaimed railroad ties, this home is well appointed and stocked with absolutely every amenity you could need. Felt like coming home. Especially loved the huge fireplace well stocked with wood, kindling and paper. I don't think we let it die during our entire stay. The home is even "roomier" than advertised, as it contains a couple of additional rooms that are not code and therefore not listed. I'd definitely recommend staying at a home like this in town rather than up in the mountain village. It was so nice to walk just a couple of blocks to all the action on Elk St. And if you do want to head up to the mountain to ski or play it is only an easy 5 min drive. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

Overall house is very nice.
However, since we have stayed in the house for the last three years we did notice some areas that need attention: exterior of stove fan desperately needs cleaning; many dish items were misplaced (coffee cups tucked away in drawers); there were no cleaning sponges (with abrasive sides for cleaning pot stains); door of ice maker had spillage stains. Small but noticeable details and mostly housekeeping issues.

Cozy, thoughtfully furnished mountain house 5 minute walk to downtown.
I've stayed in this lovely home twice, once in the heart of Winter and once in late Spring. The first time was with a large group - where we took over most of the house. And the second time was with myself and one other. The most notable thing about both of these visits was that the house felt equally cozy.
The main floor is absolutely the heart of the house. That's not to say that the bedrooms and bathrooms aren't well designed and furnished....they are. But the main space is to me what makes this place. There's a large fireplace where you can get warm, there are bay windows where you can read, there's a big rustic dining room table where you can feast, and a well equipped kitchen where you cook a gourmet meal or simply make coffee.
Even though it's quite large, there's nothing about the house that feels ostentatious, and it's only after you've been there for a few days that you begin to see all of the thoughtful touches that make it feel like home.
I manage a vacation rental myself, so I know what goes into preparing a space for a myriad of different types of visitors......and I can that without a doubt that the owners have done a great job.

Fantastic house - great for groups & close to everything
Couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Crested Butte. Great views, huge fireplace, nice kitchen with good eating spaces, very comfortable bedrooms - and LOTS of bedrooms that absorb large numbers of guests comfortably. If you're skiing, it is super close to the cross-country trails; if you're cycling, one of CB's best bike trails literally starts at the driveway; if you're eating it's a quick walk to the main street in town.

The perfect mountain home for summer or winter
I've spent time at this home in both the summer and winter and I hope to return soon. With its unique rustic style and spacious kitchen, upstairs living room, basement TV room and deck it's perfect for spending time with friends and family. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great and there's a large boot room for organizing your gear. What's best is its immediate access to mountain biking and hiking trails that start feet from the front door and a hot tub that offers incredible views.

One of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed!
This beautiful home has everything you need in a vacation destination----wonderfully appointed rooms, large up to date kitchen, incredible views, and miles of X-country trails a stone's throw from the property. This is the perfect spot for a family reunion or special getaway with friends.
